The room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was really good! All for a good price!

Floors were not swept and no remote to tv was in the room. Called downstairs they brought another remote but it did not work so then they got me another. Hairs were around the bathroom sink... just nasty. Dirty

I liked that the upgrade I received was great! The staff made my stay comfortable, and they even made accommodations for my family for one night. Everyone was professional, friendly, and on top of their game. I would definitely recommend Garner to my friends and family.

As I shared with one of your male staff members. The lobby area has a musty smell; air freshers would be a plus. That's my only concern.

Great stay overall.

The breakfast was good, tasty and good selection. The breakfast room was cozy and in a great spot within the hotel.

I enjoyed my entire stay, I just wish I was informed that they were doing renovations, I was not informed of this when booking. It was a tad messy because of this, but understandable. The parking was a little cramped and hard to navigate to get out of once full.

We paid for a king executive suite with a pull out sofa. We didn't get that. We got a smaller room, a king bed and sofa, but it was all in one room. There was no separation for the sofa area.

requested a disable room they gave me one on third floor. Elevator ok. I asked for a shower chair, they took more than 2 days getting one. They brought me one with 3 legs and the one left was there so we need to fix??? Then they gave us a board to put over the tub, my husband felt and hit his back, one elbow bleeding. Husband call VA nurse ask my husband to go the hospital , we went I drove him was close. We didn't want a ambulance for the big cost. I ask 2 young men at the lobby in that moment help me to take my husband from tub, he couldn't do that alone or with my help. They help us...

Full of anxiety.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was under remodel with half of the hall blocked off with plastic. I do understand that they have to remodel but we were the only persons with a room on the 2nd floor. The room smelled of chemicals. The shower head was broken. It leaked water so when you went to rinse your hair water actually dripped into your mouth and when you rinsed your body water leaked out of the tub onto the floor. Then the stool was backed up and when we tried to call the front desk to report it the phone didn't work it was completely dead. My daughter had to run down stairs to let them know. They did send someone up to plunge the toilet and he also replaced the phone. It was just a crazy, unorganized, not well thought out stay. We were there to relax because we needed to be at the Hospital the next morning to see a Cardiologist. My 14 year old granddaughter has a heart condition. It wasn't a relaxing trip to be for sure but this is only my experience.

False Advertisement!!!!

The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable.

I paid for the most expensive room: King suite with Whirlpool, because my husband and I wanted to relax this weekend and upon entering the room, there was not a jacuzzi in the room as per what was stated upon booking. I called the front desk and told them that I specifically paid for the most expensive room on the property, just so we could have an in-suite jacuzzi. I was then told that they no longer have those and that there is a kitchen in the room now, where the jacuzzi was. I could have paid for a regular room at $98.00 instead of $243.00, for what we got. False advertisement on the website and I will be reaching out to the proper people in regards to this. VERY DISAPPOINTED and more than a little upset!!!!

Overall poor

First ..it over booked and they told us there was no room (booked it months ago). They tried to move us but then when we complained they magically had our room. Tried to move us into a smaller room and then when we complained gave us our original room. First room we got when we arrived smelled like smoke. A musky smell. Finally got moved into a cleaner room and ended up ok. Lady I talked to first when calling (who said she was the manager that day) was eating while talking and just trying to blow the situation off. Just rude. It took me asking for the head manager of the facility to call me and get anything worked out. Just not a good overall professional place.
