Location was ok. Breakfast was good.

We had a room with queen bed and pullout sofa. The mattress on the pullout was dirty so our son had to sleep on the sofa. It was clean otherwise.

I would find anywhere else but this place.

Location.

This was supposed to be my birthday weekend trip.. The GM told us that we were going to get a FULL refund and even asked us to come back and give them another try. We were told we would have running water, just wasn't going to be hot. We had NO water at all in our room. I don't like being lied to just to get us out of his hair. We were told contact booking.com and let them know and they will FULLY refund us. Instead they offered $25. It was the worst experience I have EVER had a hotel due to this and being lied to. Shows the kind of integrity the general manager has.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Only thing missing the room needs a better system/update for charging phones, pads, and such. Maybe new lamps that you can plug the chargers in the base would be the most economical update for this. This is the only thing that we could find that we needed. Loved the fresh drinking water and great ice.

The front desk did little to address the noise at the pool at 5 a.m.

The pool opened at 09:00 however there were people out there at 05:00 making all sorts of noise.
