Comfortable.

Day staff was extremely nice and helpful, room was clean and great shower. Night shift was different, after checking in the guest before us, he disappeared, waited about 10 minutes or before showed back, by that time there was a line behind us.

We reserved a room with 2 beds, when we got there, they had no more rooms with 2 beds, they did give a king suite with a pull out couch, which we did not use, my son and I shared the king bed, second, breakfast, no coffee, completely out, breakfast, hot breakfast that is, no meat sausage, completely out, no potatoes, just filling up the cheese omelet pan, did not look appetizing, we did not wait until replenish everything, not grant you, there was a couple of events going on that weekend that we were not aware of, so hotel was pack but none the less, that falls on not being prepared for it.

Everything was really grimy. There was used bandaid on the ground in the hallway and everything was just old and banged up. The sheets were really cheap and so were the pillows. It was theequality I’d expect from à la Quinta, and definitely not worth $130

Breakfast- no waffle mix either day, oatmeal gone before 8 am on Sunday and no more provided, dirty tables that were never wiped either day. Very few food choices available either day. Food crumbs along edge of beds in the room. Bathroom corners had hair and dirt balls in them.

They did not keep our Kleenex full and missed it. They did not reserve a 1st floor handicap room even though reservation was made 3weeks in advance. Lack parking space because of double parking and a lot of discourteous guest with trailers. They only had a 2nd floor handicap room which only had 1double bed. I requested two queens. Very dissatisfied

Not what I was expecting.

The bed was comfortable. The room had a nice ambiance. My television didn't work but after making contact twice someone finally came up to fix it.

The bathtub was stopped up and when I requested service on it, no-one came. Everytime I took a shower the tub filled above me ankles. Breakfast did not include any meat. House keeping did not clean my room on Saturday. I walk down the hall and asked her for clean washcloths.

The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse.

We travel with a cairn terrier who is very well-mannered. The room was clean and did not smell like there had been pets in it. They gave us a 10% discount to eat at a few restaurants that were close by. Nice touch!! The beds were comfy.

The coffee for breakfast was lukewarm. Not hot at all. The urns need to be replaced as the sign said. They need a coffee machine.

Best home away from home ever.

The continental breakfast. The availability of coffee, cookies, and water constantly. The little store in the lobby to purchase snacks and various sundries. Most importantly, the friendliness of all of the staff, from the front desk to the ones keeping the breakfast room stocked to the housekeeping services. Excellent!

Wish there had been a rod in the bathroom to hang the handtowel on. A folio in the room with nearby restaurant information and nearby attractions would have been helpful.
