The location is odd to get too, but being not from the area I’m just unfamiliar with the roads. Was also snowy and not plowed well.

Would absolutely stay here again!

We didn't take advantage of the breakfast there. I was treating my grandaughters to a birthday shopping trip. Being super close to Cracker Barrel, and the fact that my grandaughters love their breakfast, made it too convenient not to eat there.

Let me start with - this is not a big deal. The towels for the pool could have been a bit bigger and available by the pool. I understand why they have customers get towels at the desk, it's just a little unhandy.

It was very pretty and seemed to have been remodeled on the inside. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable and there were a million pillows 😍 NO BED BUGS (putting this because I always look in the reviews for this kind of information 🫣)

Spacious and very clean, loved the bed and pillows. Glad to see it had a small bar, I didn't have to go out and get a drink, that ws nice.

The refrigerator did not have a small freezer, had some ice packs that I wanted to freeze, not a deal breaker though.

Great stay in Evansville.

My mom and I let too early for the breakfast sadly but the area was nice and clean. Friendly environment and staff and great location right off the highway. Will gladly stay again.

I might get a room on the 3rd floor next time because our room had a lake view, which was nice, but there was security light right by our window and even with the shades, it was still very bright in our room. But there was also not a lot of light sources in the room, so I guess it balanced out.

Convenient location to good restaurants.

Front desk personnel could not find my name nor confirmation # in her system, because I used a 3rd party to book my room (her words) even though I had the confirmation email. She also refused to award me points for being a Hilton Honors Member because I used a 3rd party instead of booking directly, her words.I finally noticed that my last name was shown as my first name on the confirmation and had her check her system again which finally pulled up my reservation, according to her. She was not helpful at all and needs work on customer service skills. The larger nicer room I had chosen through Booking.com was not available on the Hilton app even though I'm a Hilton Honors member which is why I reserved the room via Booking.com. Regardless of what site I used to reserve my room, I should receive my points as a member; otherwise, I don't see the point and will no longer waste my time with this company if I'm not valued as a customer/member.
