We had a great stay and experience with your hotel.

Customer Service was great. Staff at front Desk were friendly and kind. Hopefully we can get our same room our next visit in November. Our rooms and the building were clean and smelled fresh. Keep up the great service.

A little bit more tidiness outside the front door. Need more inviting decor, 🪴plants flowers or and a nice huge rug as guests enter with hotel name on it.

Rooms Not Very Clean, Rude Staff, Made Up Rules

I like that I was able to check in before 3pm lady at the front desk was very patient and helpful. I also liked that it was not very many people on the property.

I didn’t like that when my 3 kids came to visit for a couple hours we were told to get out of the pool and that it was an additional $15 per kid to swim even though they were leaving at 8pm they didn’t even swim for a whole 45 minutes. also didnt like how rude the staff was when they came to tell us about the kids in the pool. My kids were very upset and sad.

Pleasant stay. We would stay here again!

The room was clean. I LOVED that there was a good size mini fridge and a microwave in the room. That is so helpful since my toddler has food allergies and I normally have to bring her own food when traveling. The pool was good for the children. No deep end but we didn’t mind.

The sheets had small rips in them but not too bad. The phone charger was not working.

A little work goes a long way

The breakfast was great as usual , my privacy was respected, convenient location , clean , love the new soap dispenser in the shower!

The desk chair was torn to shreds and looked like it really needed to be thrown away, it was broken and leaned so far back you would almost fall out of it. Our smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling not even mounted properly which seemed like a risk. Also they say the pool is heated but it has been cold every time I've ever stayed there. I wish they still had their hot tub in the pool room aswell.

Staff was nice.

Breakfast was a joke. Hair dryer was broken. Carpet had stains. Hallways were very stuffy and hot. In room coffee pot smelled terrible couldn't use it. And shower was scraped up. It was clean but not up to date. Very outdated in general.

Price I booked for was way cheaper than what I was charged. Man that checked us in was not friendly. Said the site we used always messes bookings up. Talked down to me like I shouldn't have used them. How would I know ? Breakfast wasn't kept filled. People had to repeatedly ask for food to be brought out. No meat or fruit.

I had a non-smoking room, but there was a smoking room not far away that made the halls smell poorly at times.

it was the cheapest hotel in the area with an indoor pool for the kiddos. They actually had a Bible in the bedside table drawer. I was pleasantly surprised by that as you never see that anymore. I was able to extend my check out an hour. satellite tv with all premium movie channels. granite countertop in bathroom and nice looking faux wood ceramic floor tile.

linens were a little dingy but smelled clean, but the sheets and pillowcases were pretty white. The hot tub had been filled in with concrete, I found that disappointing.

Room was comfortable, staff very friendly. The indoor pool was AWESOME. The water was PERFECT temperature. FANTASTIC!

The breakfast wasn't bad at all, but I've had better at other similar hotels.
