Shower head was awful, hairdryer was on its last leg, it sounded like it was going to spark and start on fire. Bed was hard as a rock

Near where I needed to be. Excellent front of house staff constantly checked on how we were doing. Great chocolate cookies near front desk. Nice breakfast included in clean, large, well lit room.

The fast check in and check out. Quite rooms for the most and comfy. The room was clean and roomy.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful! they went out of their way to bring me a refrigerator.

The restaurant, although very good, was extremely overpriced. I had a small steak and 2 glasses of wine for $100 with tip.

Disappointed hotel changed room choice

our reserved king room was given to a “diamond” member. Casey the night clerk was overly chatty & seemed inept at his job. there was a long line & he insisted on bonding with every guest instead of checking people in. couldn’t get the remote to work. the refrigerator did not cool & the bathroom was SMALL. Hunted down morning desk clerk getting breakfast in order to check out.
