I liked the view from my window in my room. The room was clean and modern. But had no refrigerator or microwave so I couldn't warm up my food.
There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The parking garage was located on the back of the building. I had to drive around the entire block to go find it after checking in. (Very confusing). Once I entered the hotel from the parking garage on foot, I encountered several homeless people sitting just inside the door. In the breezeway between the casino and the hotel on the second floor. I went to the casino. They served free non alcoholic drinks but charged full price for alcohol. You would think they would serve at least two drinks for free . Other casinos do and they have free food too. (Disappointing).

I like the fact that we was able to stay at Bally casino and hotel that was very convenient and I rented a scooter so that I can enjoy my stay
The staff wasn't friendly a unprofessional and my name was called for the free playes but the last name was pronounced wrong and it wasn't repeated so I did get
