The fact I spent 600.00 dollars for two night and they don’t offer breakfast or dinner. The check in guy said we had a River view and we had a parking lot view. There was no one at the service desk downstairs it was empty. Also for the price I thought there would’ve been a bidet on the toilet and there wasn’t. The tv in the bedroom was small and you couldn’t screen share and the tv in the bathroom didn’t work and there wasn’t no microwave in the room.

I liked the view from my window in my room. The room was clean and modern. But had no refrigerator or microwave so I couldn't warm up my food.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The parking garage was located on the back of the building. I had to drive around the entire block to go find it after checking in. (Very confusing). Once I entered the hotel from the parking garage on foot, I encountered several homeless people sitting just inside the door. In the breezeway between the casino and the hotel on the second floor. I went to the casino. They served free non alcoholic drinks but charged full price for alcohol. You would think they would serve at least two drinks for free . Other casinos do and they have free food too. (Disappointing).

Would no recommend unless you’re only using the room to not have to drink and drive and to be able to gamble.

The location. It was convenient for the wedding I was attending and to be able to go to the after party at the casino.

It was expensive for a dirty room. I have paid less for a cleaner room that had a microwave, a big tv, a mini fridge, and breakfast in the morning. This room and non of these and no breakfast for over $200 a night.

We frequent casinos and we were headed to my hometown of Henderson to be with the family for Thanksgiving.

It needs updating. Everything looked old, worn and outdated. The carpets were worn and had spots, the bathroom shower had mildew, and the wallpaper was peeling. Furniture was scratched in several places. It just needs to be remodeled in the worse way.

Our room wasn’t ready for hours so we had to get a smoking room with no discount.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The floors, rooms, etc. were not clean. We also had no idea if there was a breakfast provided and where it would have been. Our room was not ready for hours after we were given a check in time. We had to get a smoking room (which again, the floors were visibly dirty and electrical wires hanging from the ceiling above the door) so we wouldn’t be late for the event we were initially in town for. And we were not given any sort of discount for this inconvenience.

Accessibility for my wife, long distance from parking to room and room to casino. Hotel check in location not clearly marked and discernible from casino entrance from outside. Lobby cleanliness and appearance plus unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staff at check-in both in person and over the phone. A definite one and done for us.

Decent and safe place to stay with affordable rates!

Last minute booking during work travel and needed a hotel that allowed pets. Excellent customer service when there was a reservation issue. Went above and beyond to fix quickly and it wasn’t the property’s issue. We arrived in town early and they had a room available for early check in which was extremely convenient for us. Free garage parking, enclosed walkway to hotel from parking, easy check in and out, clean room/bathroom, nice water pressure in shower, and comfortable beds with white spotless bedding. Pet rate was very reasonable. Nice cold air conditioning. Great location, as many restaurants were within walking distance and the paved walk/biking trail along the river is just across the street!

We booked a King non smoking room a month ago. Apparently they over booked King rooms so they had to put us in a double queen room. We cannot both sleep in a queen bed anymore so it wasn’t ideal. It would’ve been a little easier to swallow had they been willing to give us something to compensate, but nothing was offered.

You guys, I travel all the time and I've never one time taking the time out of my day to leave a review. This hotel room was like (I am out of town, I'm 19 years old, and I don't care! Please, go gamble and eat here, but do not stay here. I, in no way shape, or form, would ever call myself boujee when it comes to hotel rooms, but this was bad. DIRTY!
