Rooms are clean and decent size.

My husband went to the bar area, and was not treated well. The tall male working behind the bar made him feel less than. The bartender proceeded to be very friendly and chat up other patrons. Not sure why he was treated poorly, but it’s unacceptable to treat people as if they are beneath you….. especially when you work in hospitality. Also, the room had no USB ports, which is terribly inconvenient.

Everything was great about the facility. The location, the cleanliness.

We were placed right next to the employee break room. All night we could hear the door slamming open and shut, loud conversations, and were unable to sleep. We were traveling with my children. I called the front desk to complain but nothing was done about it. Do not let them place you in room 412.

The breakfast was amongst the best "free" breakfast that I have had a hotel. The room was very nice and very clean.

Our shower had long dark hair in it and a used bar of soap in the soap holder. Staff did clean the shower by throwing the bar of soap away and wiping the floor of the shower. No bleach spray! Breakfast was fair. Cheap food.

Exceptional Hotel Stay

How quiet it was once you were in your room, slept great. Breakfast was amazing.

Went downstairs to buy waters in the evening. Waited and waited to purchase, guy never came back up to counter so I could purchase. Had to call in the morning to pay for the waters. There also was a guest at breakfast that had a blanket wrapped around them, go through breakfast line. Not a very sanitary thing to do. Other than that everything was great.

It was well lit, cozy, and well staffed!

Great location and well lit! Amazing staff and common areas. The shower was incredible and the bed was super comfortable.

The ice machine on my floor was unplugged, and my toilet kept running without reason (I checked and all parts were working). Also, there were some weird cars lurking in the parking lot at night.

The hotel is very clean and has everything you need! We stayed for a concert at Ford Center, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast has eggs and bacon along with traditional Continental breakfast items. There is an indoor pool with an additional outdoor lounge/lay out area that you don’t see other places. Lots of little nice areas to hangout around the property.

The area does not have restaurants nearby, but not the property’s fault…just something to keep in mind. It’s pricey, but upscale and cheaper than hotels near Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

Location is within walking distance to food and drinks .

Sticky food residue on tables and dresser , which I found strange because the sinks and bathroom were clean . No fault of theirs , but power went out around 6:30 am and they had to shut down the breakfast before we all could eat .

Great location walking distance from most things. Bed was fairly comfortable. Kids were in town playing soccer and dirt was tracked throughout lobby and hall for I felt like an unreasonable amount of time
