Great location for us. Breakfast was outstanding!!

TV was going out. Had 4 white out spots in the picture. Carpet had a fairly big rectangle cut out that was sort of repaired.

I like the hotel. The pool and hot tub were great the breakfast was amazing..

The pool room was extremely hot because the air was broke. The hotel held an extra amount for the cost for two nights so $250 and didn't return it for five days. I can to go school shopping and needed that money so probably won't stay there again.

The condition if the room. ALOT of wear and tear. There was no stopper for the tub. The carpet was disgusting. The office chair was in horrible condition. If I had seen true photos I would not have booked. I've been told not to expect a good room when booking through third party sites, this hotel speaks that truth.

The parking lot looked like truck stop and the parking lot was in poor condition. The room door was to close, you had to slam it to close it. The bathroom was not very modern. There was a junk pickup sitting in the parking lot with a flat tire and bed full of junk.

The hotel was very convenient to my stay. Easy to find and check in. The staff checking in was wonderful, nice, friendly and courteous! The room was convenient on the first floor. On entering the room the furniture was so bad I hesitated to stay. The chair at the desk is so old and tore, flaking it's fake leather everywhere. The chair in the room was so stained I would not sit in it. The ottoman the same way. The carpet was literally pieced together with holes and frayed everywhere. The bathroom had a serious crack in the wall behind the tub. Clean but very tore up. This particular room needed a serious upgrade. I will say that the bed which I checked for all manner of bugs was very clean, very comfortable and the bedding itself is one of the reasons I chose the hotel from previous stays in Choice hotels. Their pillows are fabulous, the sheets are soft as butter and the bed itself gave me a good night sleep. The next morning I opened the window shades for some sunlight and there was a HUGE SHATTERED window of the room I was in. The glass is too thick for it to have come all the way through... but either someone took a hammer to it, or a gunshot. SERIOUSLY??? I'm so glad I had not seen it the night before or I would have demanded a different room. Please upgrade room 110 and definitely take care of that window!! Breakfast was delicious and came with the room charge. All manner of hot items and cereal, waffle station etc. Juice was good.

Furniture needs a MAJOR upgrade. Not just old, but literally falling apart. Carpet is really bad. I did not feel comfortable taking off my shoes and walking barefoot. The chair and ottoman was so stained I did not sit in it. Bathroom tub/shower wall was cracked in multiple places. Very disturbing.

The rooms were outdated. The carpet was stained, the furniture was old and worn, even the “leather” on the desk chair was peeling/peeled off. There were scuffs/scratches/chips on the desk. The mattresses were springy, and worn. The fixtures attached to the walls, like the lotion dispenser had been pulled out so many times it barely hung properly on the wall. The pool and hot tub were great but the water was not properly treated, and the water was murky. I’m not an expert, but I would say it was over chlorinated.

Very beautiful decorations, well kept, nice warm pool and hot tub. Dennys restaurant right outside which was nice for late night hunger.

I paid online with booking and also had to pay once checking in. Very inconvenient and been a hassle to get my money back. I have confirmed this was not a holding fee of any sort I was double charged for my room which was overly expensive for how small the beds were. We booked a double queen bed room and the beds were barely full size. Had to switch rooms in the middle of the second night due to air not working and proper lay didn’t even have my name or reservation saved in the system so it was a long process. Person checking me in was very rude, late night person and manager helping me switch rooms were very nice and helpful but whole situation was inconvenient. Will not be booking here again.

Liked how close it was to the concert, breakfast area was clean and there was a good assortment for breakfast.

The toilet was loose, the 2nd bed had a stain on the headboard, white dried unknown on the skirt, the chair was stained and there were a few stains on the floor. So my son and I had to share a bed.

The breakfast was very tasty, and the fact that there's a Denny's right next doors is a plus. Major stores and restaurants were in a short diving distance.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that when I booked my room through booking.com I choose to pay at the property. My son and I asked the "red head" at the front desk if we could check in earlier. She stated the rooms were still occupied by guest until check out. Once my son and I returned to check in the gentleman at the front desk checked us in. This is where it went left for me! During check in the guy asked for my name and identification, after that he goes you're all set you've already been charged. 😡😤 I kept my composure and say I chose to pay at the property, so I should not have been charged yet. TO ME THAT'S STEALING BECAUSE I CHOSE TO PAY AT THE PROPERTY, AND THE RED HEAD CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED IN. THIS IS A BIG NO NO MOVING FORWARD!!!

The location was excellent, close to an event we were attending. The room was very comfortable (beds, shower) and the breakfast offered a lot of choices. The desk clerk allowed a late check out.

We could hear noise form the hall, but it ended by 10 pm. The scrambled eggs were obviously made from powder and were not very tasty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a full breakfast. As soon as someone was finished making something, a staff member was cleaning the area, and she cleaned the tables and swept the floor after diners finished. The pool and sauna were very clean and nice to have.

All rooms located close to each other, but the entire floor and specifically room #321 had a terribly strong odor of marijuana. We alerted the front desk, but as I paid through 3rd party, there wasn't anything that they said they were able to do.

Arrived at 2355 from the Evansville airport after a 15 hour stretch from Australia. The lady at reception was very welcoming. Understood we were tired. She left a note for the morning shift than enabled us to vacate our room at 1o'clock. The shower was excellent, just what we needed. Breakfast was perfect, a wide selection of everything!! Comfort inn was in the right location.

Room never got as cool as I'd like. An awkward room. Had some issues but didn't address them until we were leaving so not sure if they were taken care of.

The staff are so wonderful and friendly .

I wish the bathrooms were a little bigger .

The bed was comfy , lady in the kitchen was very attentive and a hard worker.

Toilet was loose, reading light didn't work, housekeeping didn't come to clean room. Breakfast food was subpar elevator floor needs replaced

Nothing mentioned about full renovation on the building. Probably why the price was good. Hotel was fine but did not receive a renovated room.

I can't remember her name but the lady at check in was extremely nice, polite, and professional. She provided an A+ check in experience.
