I was scared all night

The bed was clean.

There was people out on the balcony’s at all hours. Door didn’t shut well. Windows and mirror were filthy. Shower dripped all the time.

Cheap and friendly staff

Very dirty and disgusting, does not look like the pictures. Paint peeling off walls, and floorboards coming up. Trash stuffed into holes in walls and the floors were disguising with dirt , dust and hair. Absolutely appalling. Whole room smelled bad of smoke even though it says no smoking. Do not recommend even for the cheap price: I learned the hard way you get what you pay for. People around taking drugs and staring at you from their doorways- does not feel safe. Only thing I will say is that the staff are very friendly.

The water was hot.

The fridge was nasty. The microwave looked like it came out of someone's garage. The walls were dirty like they never been washed at all. I have never spent a night in Evansville in that looked this bad. Very disappointed.

All of it. The entire property was filthy. There was food on the walls, the floor, and the counters. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and the room. The bathtub was nasty. We immediately walked right back out. They did not offer a refund or anything.

The 2 staff members I met were friendly and the room would be a better value if it were clean.

There was no breakfast. I asked about that when I checked in and was told that there was no breakfast, but that coffee was available at all times.

I expected that there would be some amenities, such as a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. I would have brought those things I had known they weren't available. The bed was comfortable, but I was not able to use the pillows. The outside of the building was very dirty and littered with cigarette butts; the trash containers were filthy with food debris and waste around the opening. It made me concerned about the cleanliness of the room. The mirror was smeared with a hazy substance, so I wash it as far up as I could reach. It wasn't usable otherwise.

They lied regarding breakfast they didn’t serve breakfast!!

Everything could of been better! Lied about breakfast there were none, Pool is not open either! You pay for a lie, they have fleas everywhere my legs are eaten up and we’re bleeding! Beds are covered in dog hair and human hair not clean! Literally dog hair embedded in the blankets nasty! Bathroom is covered in hair as well not cleaned! They switched my room and it’s the same! I left couldn’t stay they promised to give me a refund I paid two nights! Now only wanting to give 1 night back bc I paid thru a third party Wth!? I didn’t stay they are disgusting and I’m praying I didn’t get body lice or etc ewww
