A place to rest for the night. Inexpensive.

Staff less than helpful. Door key problematic. Worked immediately the 1st time and had issues when I left the room briefly. Will not rule out user error.

Love the Hotel

I liked everything tbh, was a place I could shower, bath, and be in peace away from my ex roommate, so I'm happy that I made that choice.

The only thing i didn't like is where I don't have a home, and went there to stay that I had to pay a $20 fee per night for my pet, I think it should just be one night you pay the fee. (In my opinion but I also can understand why they would need the fee per night, because some people's animals do mess up things.)

I enjoyed the location and the fact that all dogs are welcome, well except for the price and deposit!

The room was infected with gnats. Reported it to front desk to just be told they already knew about and he'd leave a note to see if maybe I could switch rooms. Nobody ever addressed the issue. Purchased gnat spray myself. I have a service animal whose deposit plus the daily amount for her was a little ridiculous. The toilet ran and the shower dripped 24/7!

Nice accomadations, great price and great location

The property was being renovated when I was there, but the hotel made sure it was quiet and clean during this time. The room was quite large and very clean. The staff was very nice. Great location in Evansville. Looking forward to going back.

I was discriminated against staff was rude tried to up sale me a room I had done paid for in full then told me I wasn’t handicapped because I didn’t park in handicap parking will never stay there again drove over three hrs worked 11 more then had to be disrespected when tried to check in

There were no bugs that we saw, and we had warm water and air conditioning to make the stay bearable

The carpet in front of our door was ripped up but they left the strip of wood with nails that keeps the carpet down so we had to make sure our kid didnt step on nasty old carpet nails every time we left the room. There were no lights in the room except for 4 lamps. Breakfast was from 6-9am...got there at 7am and there was nothing left except frosted flakes cereal.

No pool, or any on site laundry. & since it’s a pets are welcome facility, I feel as if pets are allowed some little gate area should be eventually added in or even just having the simple amenity of a doggie poop baggies station or something similar to that. Our first night stay we didn’t even have a smoke detector at all installed in our room. So there for no working alert was available for us via our room here, major safety hazard & id think a code or several code violations even too.

When we arrive,we at to wait till 3:30 to check in,then we went to the room,put our luggage in room and left till 8:30-9:00 came back to room and there was a roach on the wall,we killed and took it to the front desk and told them about it,the gentleman at the desk was rude,and told me that he didn't have any room available, and I will have to wa> till the owner comes in,plus the curtains wouldn't close so I told the front desk about that,he told me that there's nothing Henan do about it,later on the manager knocks on the door,came in and ask what's the problem,he told me that they didn't have any room to switch,he told me that since I want wanted to stay another night that he got me,we come here all the time from chicago and stay there,he said that another room would cost me $93.We checked out and went to another hotel,and with the circumstances my mother is on her death and to be treated like that,I will not be giving by business to them anymore.

Good location

Room 113. Ants on wall behind Microwave. Refrigerator and Microwave unplugged. Observed filthy carpeting and debri on floor behind the micro/ fridge as I Reconnected appliances using an extention cord dangling from behind the appliances. TV was disconnected/ no internet service, but worked with the help of the reception upon check in at 4pm. Black Beetle Bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast nook: No water to drink. A few slices of bread. 3 muffins Counter dirty. Ms. Patel Mgr said she was sorry when I told her of my observations. Her reply was: "we are renovating". Great I said but it's no excuse for a dirty room not prepared or checked before a client checks into the room. I have traveled all over this country. Low end to high end hotels/ motels abd NONE had bugs or ill prepared guest rooms nor illegal dangling extension cords. I did comment to Ms. Patel I would be leaving this review.

No iron and asked for one and was told couldn't have one because it was stolen from the room. Was told it wasn't included in the price of the room. There wasn't batteries in the remote for the tv. The tv was broken anyways. No coffee maker in the room. Lighting in room was broken. Receptionist, Rick, was very rude, just because I asked for an iron.

I liked that it was close to our next destination.

The clerk was really weird and talked about non sense. There were construction going on that was not listed on info. There were counter tops left all down the hallway. We told the clerk that the air wasn't kicking it on after we tried cutting it on and he informed me that the air doesn't work in the spring time.

Bed Bugs!?!?!

Absolutely NOTHING!

Rude customer service at the front desk, dirty room smelled like feet soon as my family and i arrived. Not to mention the BED BUGS!?!?! My wife and daughter were bitten and have marks all over them. Absolute worst place to stay.
