I guess you get what you pat for.

The one staff member we encountered while there was polite and helpful. The location was convenient for us. The price was right and the bed was comfortable.

Being woke up at 2:00 by somebody banging their door around repeatedly. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The shower head broken and spraying water all over the entire bathroom when you try to use the shower. The bathroom drain running slow so you're standing ankle Deep in water while showering. Cracked areas in the bathroom tub floor.

Close to retailers of all kinds. Staff was very friendly. Pet friendly with no issues.

Website need to have an option to say you are checking in with a pet and the pay per night pet rent need to be more visible. I didn't see anything about an additional charge per night. Could not get the heater to go to auto mode so it blew either hot or cold air the whole time. Tv rather outdated.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious. I had the best nights sleep. Felt very safe on the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location was perfect for the activities we chose to do. So many restaurants and mini malls around the hotel. My $50 deposit when checking in was returned to my account the day I checked out. No other hotel I've stayed at has ever returned my deposit that fast. I would recommend this property several times over and I will stay there again. They deserve a higher rating than what they have online.

The only thing I would suggest is that they add eggs to their breakfast.

It was centrally located so there was a lot of things close by which was nice. The waffle maker was a nice surprise and delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast options.

There were a few guests who would linger outside and were slightly creepy. The bathtub was underwhelming and had paint flaking off anytime I tried to take a bath.

Unsanitary Rude Poor excuse for a Hotel

Nothing the workers were rude their maintenance man walked out first 2 hours I was there maintenance man was trying to fix the tv in which never was fixed .

Even after two different workers came An tried fixing it but new there wasn’t a chance because they were advertising for free WiFi breakfast Etc therefore I had to use my own hotspot so my boyfriend could catch the game then the floor in the room was wet turns out stays wet all the time mold in the corners of the jacuzzi tub this is supposed to be one of they’re biggest money making rooms charging anywhere from 100 to 200 plus 100 deposit in which they almost always find a reason to try an keep the whole deposit or half last but very least bugs yes A roach ..

They wouldn’t give back our security deposit due to it being pet friendly and our puppy had a little accident said they couldn’t get dog pee out of a towel when you can easily get pee out of a towel. Also never gave us fresh clean towels.

An extended Thank You

The hotel lobby was beautiful this time of year. The Christmas decorations really made us feel at home. The staff was professional and curteous. We enjoyed making waffles the next morning and we were greeted with a Good Morning and smiles..It really is a nice place to stay. We highly recommend visiting!

When we first got there they charge a $50 fee on top of what you already pay for and then we found bed bugs in the room we stayed in, he denied that's what it was and then denied a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had with hotels and booking.com!! It smelled like fresh paint chemicals or mold.

BEST STAY IN EVANSVILLE WHILE ON A BUDGET

The staff was very friendly..Vicky is the Indian guy.. . would always ask me if there was anything i needed and how I was enjoying my stay. Even put the coffee on earlier than breakfast just for me every morning. The rooms and dining area for breakfast are very clean. Breakfast is always early and never late. The location is amazing because EVERYTHING you could want to do or go in Evansville is less than 5 minutes away. The mall is across the road. The price was very good... I will definitely stay here again when j return to Evansville.

To be honest there is nothing I did not like. Very very very good place to stay plus for the price i dont think another hotel in Evansville can compete with this hotel plus the staff is very friendly .

The nearby Denny's had only two people working and Taco Bell had no one taking orders inside, so we left both We wound up paying $30 for two burritos at Chipotle. We won't be going there again,

I booked on booking .com and read through all the hotel policies and when we checked in there was a surprise a NEVER disclosed $50 deposit to be refunded later! Also my brother paid cash and an additional $100 deposit for them to be refunded at check out! This was NEVER disclosed! A negative for sure!

Bad service, dirty, stinky rooms, rude staff to elderly guests who could barely walk.

I made the reservation easily

It was dirty. We had to change rooms. Got in my new room and the tub was dirty with soap residue and hair. Got into bed with a snack but lost my appetite when I had to kill a roach on the side table by the clock. I had asked over a week prior to our reservation to cancel. They refused Booking.com’s request AND my request. There was flooding en route and i wanted to change routes and not go through Evansville, taking undue risks with my elderly parents. But no, it was denied. We never spoke to the manager and staff at the hotel was extremely rude and heartless to elderly guests who just drove 12 hours. Do not stay there!

Pleasant surprise in Evansville

Staff was friendly and courteous. The property is well maintained. The bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. I really appreciated the parking accommodation they provided for my motorcycle. I was able to park it under the balcony near the lobby. There are some shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is fair for the price. The staff is friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast but they do offer a few hot items which vary by the day. (Sausage links and eggs 2 days. Biscuits and gravy 1 day) We stayed Friday-Monday.

There are cosmetic issues throughout the building as this is an older building. Some areas of the hotel are in need of a deep cleaning for cosmetic purposes. Some repairs need to be made for cosmetic purposes also.

Hotel is nice. Accommodations after we agreed to give up our reservered Handicap room were not Great

Rooms were big, clean and nice overall.

Room was swapped with us to a Non-Handicapped room after a call from the desk asking us if we really needed the handicap room. Room given to us was far away from the elevator and not cooled at all before our check-in. Outside temp was 101 and the room was very hot. Toilets are very very short.
