Very pleasant overall and good restaurant, although we would have appreciated more choice than the imposed menu.

Location in the center of Spa, modern hotel and clean room.

Make it more clear that parking spots are on the street and that security is assured camera, not restricted access.

Would go back for the breakfast !

Very clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great value, even at 20 euro. Spacious room.

There was only 1 mirror in the room and that was above the sink in the bathroom; personally would like a full length mirror or another smaller one in the main bedroom. Also, the bathroom light and fan came on every time you walked in, or past - a bit annoying in the middle of the night.

Overpriced and a bit disappointing

The property is very well located. The room was clean and offered a lot of space for two guests. The property organised a dog bed, bowls and a parking spot (all charged extra).

The price charged does not correspond to the quality of services provided. With the same amount of money one can get a much better quality hotel in Spa. The entire experience was very impersonal. We barely had the chance to interact with the staff. The breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby and it is very poor - nothing fresh and poor quality products. Private parking is available and charged, pets are allowed but charged - in our view some of these could be complimentary to compensate the overpriced stay costs. There is a rooftop and a second floor but these are only accessible by stairs - no accessibility was taken into consideration with this regard.

Very good

The room is new and very well designed. The bathroom is great. The bed is large and comfy.

Unfortunately you cannot book a parking spot which are allocated on a first come - first serve principle. We had to park a car in the street nearby. Good thing is that we managed to find a place within couple of minutes walk for free.

Prima geslapen, hadden er prijstechnisch en qua omschrijving meer van verwacht.

Het bed en de badkamer Het ontbijt was zeer goed en gastvrij ontvangst.

Uitzicht op ‘binnentuin’, bleek meer uitzicht op gallerij en dak van andere kamers. Rooftop waren alleen zitjes, geen drankjes. Mag geen boutiekhotel genoemd worden. Restaurant diner viel erg tegen, mochten niet binnen zitten, eten was matig. Serveerster zat binnen steeds aan haar neus en pakte dan weer alles vast zonder handen wassen.

Aangenaam verblijf, prijs-kwaliteit vrij duur.

Uitgebreid ontbijt en het hotel beschikt bovendien over een super culinair en hoogstaand restaurant. Zeer propere kamer en zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Het licht in de badkamer springt automatisch aan via een bewegingssensor en hierdoor is iedereen wakker. 25 Euro per nacht voor een hond vinden we overdreven.

voldoende voor een kort verblijf

Receptie verloopt strak doch vriendelijk, receptioniste loopt mee naar de kamer om te verifiëren dat het kinderbedje er staat, de niet-standaard kamers zijn op het 1e verdiep dus dat betekent wel trappen want geen lift. Kamer is zeer net, Inloopdouche is een van de meest aangename die we al zijn tegengekomen, zit in een nis en is donker betegeld Er is geen bar, maar er zijn drankautomaten in de ontspanningsruimte. Ontspanningsruimte is ruim en pooltafel is leuk. Ontbijt is voldoende keuze, maar je gaat best op tijd, er wordt niet aangevuld

Bij inchecken ligt de nadruk meteen op betalen en extra's, volledig verblijf (3dagen) wordt gevraagd vooruit te betalen, staanplaats voor auto is te betalen (en laatste avond werd staanplaats toch door een andere wagen ingenomen), er wordt een duidelijk onderscheid gemaakt tussen hotel en restaurant, het restaurant is apart dus daar dient ook meteen te worden afgerekend, Licht in de badkamer werkt met sensor, deur van de badkamer is vlak naast bed (dus niet "achter het hoekje"), hetgeen betekent dat als het licht 's nachts aanfloept de ganse kamer verlicht is totdat de deur van de badkamer terug dicht is Restaurant en ontbijtruimte zijn enkel via trappen te bereiken, het is maar een weet natuurlijk

Beperkte aanwezigheid receptie, flexibel inchecken kon enkel door vooraf te betalen wat uitzonderlijk is en geen leuke experience als je toch reeds via booking hebt geboekt. Beperkte parkeer plaats Kamers wat donker, geen uitzicht en ietsje minder gezellig

Rustig, comfortabel maar ontbijt kan veel beter

Schone en moderne kamers, genoeg privacy. Het voelde niet als een hotelkamer maar meer als studio waarbij er voor comfort is gezorgd. Goede ontvangst bij de receptie en fijne mensen die de kamer komen opruimen.

Het ontbijt, er was gewoonweg niet veel keuze. Ook geen producten zoals tomaten/ komkommers/ olijven. Laatste dag was er pas gekookte ei, daarvoor niet. Dat werd geserveerd in een grote schaal met drie vakken waar ook spek in een ander vak zat met een dicht hengsel bovenop. In een ander vak zat omelet, maar toen ik de hengsel opendeed rook ik alleen maar spek en als geen vleeseter kon ik helemaal geen ei meer nemen doordat de geuren gemengd waren. De oudere gastvrouw blijft maar hangen bij de tafel met brood maar vult weinig bij, ik voelde me er niet echt comfortabel bij (je voelt je continu bekeken).Weinig keuze in kaas, al met al was het een erg beperkt ontbijt terwijl het een erg mooi en knus restaurant is.

Gevraagd om twee gescheiden bedden maar het bleek één groot bed te zijn. Badkamer is mooi maar levensgevaarlijk door de zeer gladde douchevloer. Geen enkele info m.b.t. eventuele noodsituatie, bv. brand, ongeval, enz.
