not luxury and not a hotel

not a lot

this is not a hotel. it’s a restaurant with some rooms and separate apartments which are rented as hotel rooms. there are no traditional hotel facilities and the rooms are in a different location to that listed on booking.com. facilities are poor. no toilet roll. cheap bed sheets and mattress with no protector.

overall great place, I was a bit surprised that it's more a restaurant than a hotel but rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable

Location, great altough there is no direct connection with Spa-francorchamps racetrack and uber doesn't have any cars there so if you aren't there by car it's basically only local taxis for you

Great location, but I feel the room was advertised as something it certainly wasn't

the location was excellent and staff were really friendly and helpful.

this was not a luxury room. it wasn't even ensuite. while the staff told me that I would therefore have the floor to myself, there was actually someone checked in right next door. the walls were thin enough to hear into their room. if the staff weren't so nice, I would have been extremely upset as the room wasn't cheap.

Very friendly staff. Rooms have good size and are new and clean with a table and coffee facilities, It has a restaurant below, which it looks very good, we didn't eat there because we had a reservation somewhere else. Very nice place! Highly recommended.

Good well run hotel.

Excellent location. Really friendly staff. Rooms are above a great bar on the ground floor and lovely restaurant on the second floor which although busy wasn't noisy at all. Really cosy warm room.

Great restaurant but not-so-great hotel

This is a brasserie and although there were 2 levels full of customers, we did not hear anything. The bed was comfortable & the owner of the establishment was very attentive to our needs and very friendly.

The room was small, sparsely furbished. There were no soaps or shower gels but luckily we had brought our own! There was a this very foul odour coming within room 1 to the point that it would wake us up in the middle of the night. We could also hear the coming and goings of other people in the other rooms. To make things worse, 5h30 in the morning someone started moving furniture around downstairs for a good 20 min so I could not get back to sleep.

Great Location-Value for Money- Lively Atmosphere

We only stayed in Spa for three days. Location: The location couldn't be anymore central and it is almost the city wakes up at this side of town. It is near the attractions, walking/hiking paths and establishments. Rooms: The rooms are comfortable and clean. We were given a room beside the city, but the windows are quite thick and not much noise resounds in the rooms. Also, pets are welcome to join your stay. Netflix and chill certified (on one rainy afternoon) Food: This property is also connected to the restaurant too. While many other bars are open for your you to choose from, the Le Franc Off restaurant offers great meals and drinks! Staff: We thanked the staff for anticipating our arrival (plus a welcome drink (from Catherine) of a cold glass of beer! - Definitely exceeded our expectations.) During booking, they responded quickly with our queries.

It doesn't apply to me, but there are no lifts to the rooms on the third floor. I'm just thinking about the people who needed assistance could have a difficulty with access. However, I believe the staff will definitely assist them with whatever they can! They are super accommodating Although there are no parking in the hotel, the staff will recommend you safe areas to park around the hotel. Wifi is weak by the room areas but could be accessed by the restaurant.

Het verblijf voldeed niet aan de prijs/kwaliteit van dit verblijf met ontbijt.

De badkamer was mooi & ruim. De dame die van dienst was in het etablissement bij het ontbijt was heel vriendelijk.

De benaming "DE LUXE" kamer voldeed helemaal niet aan de verwachting. Kamer was heel klein. Er was weinig bewegingsruimte. Er was geen airco terwijl het buiten boven de 30°C was. Je kon het raam niet helemaal open zetten (er was geen vliegenraam) en het rolgordijn naar beneden doen. Bijna geen plaats om je koffer of kledij te zetten. Er stonden twee flessen water in de kamer maar geen flessenopener. Het water was redelijk warm vermits er geen ijskast was. Het ontbijt was redelijk simpel.

de grote van het bed, de rust niettegenstaande er een café was op de begane grond

ontbreken van een lift, het personeel dat nonchalant antwoordde op de vraag naar een parkeerplek: "een beetje overal" terwijl in de brochure er wel privé parking beschreven stond

Leuk maar weet niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het restaurant was van zeer goede kwaliteit met een goede en vlotte bediening. Kamers waren zeker voldoende geïsoleerd tegen lawaai uitgangsbuurt.

Geen airco op de kamer dus in volle zomer zal kamer zeer warm worden. Er is geen lift en een oude trap naar verdieping 2 ! Kamer werd niet gereinigd; noch badkamer gereinigd op zondagmorgen ! (had voor 2 nachten geboekt)

De locatie was super, midden in Spa boven een heerlijk restaurant!

Helaas in bad geen douche. De douchekop moest in de hand gehouden worden en kon niet hoog waardoor je in de badkuip moest zitten om je te douchen.
