Charming hotel with a good breakfast, but outdated with tiny spa and poor dinner experience
We found the hotel to be a charming little place with a cozy atmosphere, and breakfast in the restaurant was good with different options.
The spa area was much smaller than expected, with a tiny pool, a small sauna, and a small steam room. Also there were open showers, not much privacy. The hotel itself felt quite old, and the photos make it look newer than it really is. Our biggest regret was dinner at the restaurant: we waited 1.5 hours for our food and did not receive any apology for the delay.

Even though we really enjoyed our time in this hotel and I can recommend.
Really good breakfast, wellness etc.
We asked about breakfast to the room at 6:30, but nobody came to our room and at 7:00 we just saw someone with food for our room, but we had to leave already(when we asked on the reception the personnel informed us that at 6:30 the earliest it’s possible). The rooms were a bit dusty, but it was not so bad. In the restaurant they gave us not our food, but I understand that mistakes happen.

Great place to relax and enjoy local area even if you just passing by!
Great location within that region, near Spa F1 race track, lovely little towns and shops, lots of forests around with walks or cycling. great facilities to enjoy especially pool with sauna and steam room. Large room with fridge for larger family and balcony.

15 mins from Spa Francorchamps race circuit, 2 mins from Spa town, closeby amenities including Intermarche & Colruyt supermarkets. Reception & bar staff very good. Breakfast buffet extensive
Hotel, bar & restaurant are operated by 3 separate companies.. Bar closed at 11pm Breakfast buffet needs "refreshing" Putting floodlights in the rear car park would be beneficial, especially as the hotel is being extended to include rental apartments

Disappointing
The staff, the restaurant and the bar I asked for the same room through out my 3 night stay, they acknowlaged and approved my request but didn’t, bar staff were rude, could not eat in the resaurant with out a reservation despite being only 25% full

Restaurant man who takes orders was rude/didn’t behave nice

A pleasant stay but did not meet our expectations.
Location was good and personnel was very helpful and accommodating.
The room was supposed to have a safe which did not work; we did report this but were told there was nothing they could do. The room appeared tired and requires updating and re-decoration. Lamps did not work inside the room; the tap in the bathroom was extremely loose etc. We do not think that a room of this standard justifies the high cost we paid.
