Nice but but needs detials cleaning bed area.

Property was nice Parking great Breakfast was good

The room was clean and tidy The tv was old and didn’t work only 2 channels that you could watch only sound no picture. But the bed in between the mattress and the headboard it was very dirty and full of hair and not been cleaned for a long time.

Nice clean and comfortable offering very good value for money

Excellent, welcoming, friendly and attentive, but discreet, host. Large, clean and comfortable room with modern furnishings, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Very nice en suite bathroom with instant hot water and large walk-in shower. Breakfast (included in price) was varied each day, with bread rolls, croissants, cold meats, cheeses, egg, fruit and orange juice, brought to the room at the requested time. Very nice and quiet location, would definitely stay again when in the area.

It's all about the location.

Location. Location. Location. Large shower. Fridge and dining table in room.

Entrance very unwelcoming and untidy. A lot of dog poo. No window to leave open without losing privacy. Owners private entrance to room not lockable from occupants side. Terrible old lumpy pillows. Door to outside opens into bedroom. Owner had no English

Great location, neat room & welcoming host!

A great location with parking to discover Spa and surroundings! Host was super friendly. Room is neat & has everything you need. They really took care of details (little fridge, coffee, tea,... & there is even a microwave). Enjoy the lovely garden too for breakfast or dinner! We’ll be back!!

The only thing I could think about is that the ventilator was really noisy at night (no airco) and it was a hot night but that is just a detail!

Very flexible owner. Even though he didn't speak English we still managed to understand each other. We were given enough space for our bikes, and could use the bbq on our last evening. The breakfast was delicious!

Plates and cutlery in the room itself would have been nice (but could easily ask the owner for them).

It was very nice surprise to find a excellent sauna and jacuzzi possibilities near Ardennes in the middle of cold snowy January! Accommodation was also good, quiet and cozy. And host was exceptional :)

Expecting a hotel "Repos De La Fontaine" turned out to be a nice B & B.

mattresses were too soft. we should have preferred bedsheets of cotton.

Quiet, clean and well equipped; friendly and flexible hosts, in a quiet place still very close to restaurants around the lake

The room had no window so could get hot on a summer night. There is an airco machine but didn’t seem to work. We eventually opened the door for air which felt okay as the are feels very safe.

Top locatie voor je rust

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, erg rustige locatie, en heerlijke jacuzzi met sauna. Meneer vroeg elke dag hoelaat we wouden ontbijten en meneer kwam precies optijd. Top!

De kussens van het bed (bed zelf sliep heerlijk) en de waterdruk vanuit de douche was helaas erg laag

Super séjour au calme

L'emplacement est super, petite chambre bien au calme, bien équipée. L'accueil a été très cordial et le propriétaire est vraiment aux petits soins ! Je recommande fortement l'établissement si vous souhaitez déconnecter et vous reposer au calme! Nous avons passé un excellent we, merci :)

Uiterst aangenaam!

Ongelooflijk vriendelijke gastheer, makkelijk te vinden, alles was proper en tip top inorde. Wij verbleven 1 nachtje aangezien we de dag nadien een wandeling hadden in Spa. De gastheer bracht heel vroeg al ontbijt zodat wij deze toch nog gekregen hadden.

Alles heel goed meegevallen.

Zalig! Zullen zeker aanbevelen.

De grote en properheid van slaap-en badkamer. Het was een zalige matras. Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en dagelijks afwisselende producten. We waren er drie nachten en de handdoeken werden na dag 2 allemaal gewisseld.

Spijtig dat de eigenaar niet zelf iets zei over de sauna en jacuzzi.
