We had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The location i truly strategic for visiting the thermal bath, and the restaurant/brasserie was exceptional - the dinner was excellent and the atmosphere was very enjoyable.
However, there were a few downsides. There were no shower soaps provided in the bathroom, and the toilet seat had some red/brown stains, which was not very pleasant. During the night we heard some disturbing noises: it was Valentine's Day, so it's understandable that couples were celebrating, but better soundproofing between rooms would definitely improve the experience.

Location, ease of access, friendly
Parking, when leaving the member of staff did not turn up as promised to return my friends driving license!
And it still hasn’t been returned!

I like the location, it was in the center of spa.
I didn't like the fact that they gave our room to other people and we didn't have a room for us and a key on the place we should so we needed to wait a lot and call lots of places to solve it. The room was also with a terrace but the terrace was terrible, dirty and couldn't be used.
