Looking forward to staying there again

Beautiful property in a wonderful location . It has ambience, a good restaurant that prepared a vegetarian dinner especially for my wife, helpful friendly staff and lovely spa.

Very nice but for the price not good enough

The style of the mansion with open fireplace, kind staff and the spa part. Best hot stone ever.

Lack of staff for checkin and check out. You must wait as only 1 person is handling it. For a 5 star hotel, I would expect more finesse in serving the guests. Example. Total power outage happened at 18.00 on the 17.1. Lasted almost an hour where guests couldn’t enter their rooms etc. no info shared and nothing done from staff side like hey sit down we provide drinks and snacks and keep cool. It was like a mess. This caused a delay for the dinner. No problem BUT the outcome was, we were not allowed to order a la carte and had to choose from 2 defined menues. Hot dishes not really hot (and no preheated plates), no cleaning crumbs of the table between dishes etc. lots to enhance to be a 5 star player in my book.

Amazing trip for a lovely relaxing weekend at Spa. All we needed

The infrastructures are incredible: the garden is beautiful, spacious and modern rooms, nice view and relaxing wood walks. The personal was nice. We had a heating problem during the second day and they directly called us to change our room to an upgraded one with a free drink. Really nice move

A beautiful and well located chateau with some serious issues

Great location and views, beautiful outdoors, huge potential if cons are considered. Appreciated that management recognized shortcomings and made a gesture. Wishing them to turn the place around so that I'll return one day.

1. The deco and layout of the rooms and the furniture are not 5-star level 2. The (numerous) staff is very young and extremely kind but lack basic training notably for table service. 3. The restaurant's cooking is simply awful.

The property and location were exceptional. The Spa was beautiful, and we spent a few hours relaxing there on our anniversary. The food for both breakfast and dinner was phenomenal!

The room did not meet our expectations in a couple of ways: The carpet was incredibly old and in disrepair, and it seemed that some of the rooms were more updated, but ours was a bit of a disappointment, given how beautiful the property is. We booked a couples massage for our anniversary, and both my partner and I felt the massages were sub-par. We both asked for heavy pressure, and it felt like an hour of being lightly tickled. Even with the mediocre masages, we enjoyed the spa area very much.

Nice castle to stay at, but over-priced.

Food was excellent, location was very nice.

Very noisy due to work outside. SPA had no people present and massage had to be booked with an additional 89€ to get someone to come at all.

room very spacious, surroundings beautiful, staff extremely friendly and accomodative restaurant is ok, but seems they try a bit too much. keep it simple........nevertheless food is ok

the trteatments at the spa were firstclass, but i think the service can be better in spa area. waters need to be filled constantly, towels not readily available. looks like not enough staff. steamroom showing wear and tear. sauna too. some parts of pool as well. so in short: facilities and service need some attention, but the treatments were amazing!!!!

Le Manoir des Labioles is an exceptionally beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings.

We stayed in the Suite Royale. A lovely room overlooking hills & garden, well furnished, very comfortable bed, but we thought it overpriced for what it was.

See above re room. One of the reasons we stay at le Manoir Labioles is for the excellent restaurant. But we were disappointed this time - dishes a bit too "fancy" & less tasty - has the Chef changed??? However, the restaurant staff were excellently trained & friendly as usual.

It was a beautiful hotel with a high quality of service and it was a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast was very good, choice wise and quality wise, the breakfast room was very pleasant, it was quiet, there was table service and had a view to the garden. The room was also quite pleasant and confortable with a nice view. Finally, the spa was very pleasant and made the trip even more worth it.

Everything was ok, if I had to change one thing it would perhaps be a bit of a quicker service at dinner, but to be fair it was quite a few courses, so I suppose it would always take a while.

Overpriced (don't expect 5 starts)

The property and pool are beautiful.

Overpriced for what it offers. Beds are too soft /uncomfortable. Dinner was not to the standard we were expecting. Staff was extremely disorganised. Staff was extremely arrogant and very unhelpful when we had a health issue and needed to cancel the massage.

We didn’t opt for breakfast or dinner because the dinner menu is very limited and very expensive. would be great if they perhaps did a dinner bed and breakfast offer price or offered a bar menu for snacks. We had to consistently leave the hotel to eat this was the only thing I think the hotel is perhaps missing an opportunity on. Otherwise we had a great time and staff were amazing thank you

Understaffing was a recurring problem at all meals, particularly breakfast. It actually negatively impacted the experience since it did not match the high prices being charged.

Idyllic/ romantic getaway

Our stay was phenomenal. We went for our anniversary and our expectations were more than met. The staff was friendly, the views were dreamy and it was very peaceful and quiet while we were there. We loved the spa facility and spent a lot of time there. Breakfast was good as well.

The massage was good but I found it interesting that they didn’t have me covered with a sheet at all times and sometimes I felt very exposed which isn’t a very relaxing feeling but I’m sure the masseuse didn’t intend for it to be akward, I’m just used to very different massages.
