Too expensive for what you get.

Good location.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable on all the beds. The shower was blocked because of a very dirty drain full of previous guests hair. Confusing check in with no staff in sight to help, landed up calling to get instructions. Another elderly couple also arrived similar time and was confused with how to check in.

Terrible. We tried to move the room but the next morning we were unable to find the hotel manager.

There was no breakfast and the restaurant that was attached had "no room" for us to eat dinner.

We could not check in properly nor check out. There is no front desk and the proprietor was unavailable for 1.5 hours before we could reach him to receive instructions for check in. Shower was broken, room was dirty. Spider webs all over the ceilings. "Third" room/bed was not a heated space.

Disappointing

The breakfast was a simple but delicious buffet each morning, included in the room price. The restaurant was charming. I ate dinner there one evening and it was excellent. The host and owner, Vincent Close was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had in regards to my stay there.

I booked a suite with Hotel L'Epirit, located in what I thought was a secure building down a few from the main hotel and restaurant. On my last night there I was awakened at 4 am by the sound of someone opening my door with a key. I called out to ask what they were doing and they quickly closed the door and ran away. I checked the door and it was unlocked by this person. I was really spooked that there isn't a way to secure myself in the room, and wasn't able to get back to sleep after this happened. I left very early and wasn't able to talk to the owner, Vincent Close about it. I emailed him directly when I arrived home over a week ago and haven't received a response. After such a lovely stay in a large, comfortable, clean room, I'm sad to say I wouldn't stay there again knowing that without an inner lock of some kind to prevent this, anyone with a key can access the room .

Would have preferred a show curtain with the bathtub for showering. But thats a minor thing

Food, service and the staff/owners were wonderful. We visited during the Belgian GP and Vincent made the experience hassle free.

No AC and the room was a little dated. But these are small gripes and had minimal effect on the experience.

Clean comfortable accommodation, convenient for Spa Circuit. Friendly helpful staff. We booked the triple rooms and they were a good size. Breakfast was excellent.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Badezimmer war riesig. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Der Check-In war sehr spät, die Frühstückszeiten sehr früh. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Het hotel leek in de verste verte niet op wat er werd aangeboden.

Het was een onverzorgd hotel met vieze vloerbedekking. Je kon alleen om 9.00 uur ontbijten. We zijn met gierende banden vertrokken. Eigenaren stonden niet open voor feedback en er is per direct het hele bedrag van de creditcard afgeboekt. Geen overleg mogelijk!😡
