Breakfast was great and a nice variety. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel is a nice combination of an old building refurbished with modern comfort

Work still ongoing clearly early stage teething problems including with the fire alarm 530/6pm and again at 0130. Free mini bar consisted of two bottles of water! If luxury is the market they are aiming for the little details make a big difference

Absolutely nice

We absolutely loved our room! It was brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always attentive to our needs. The little treats at check-in and check-out were a lovely touch. Our 5-year-old son felt completely at ease. The hotel’s central location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of shops nearby for any needs. We were thoroughly impressed and, without a doubt, will choose to stay at the same hotel again on our next visit.

Mooi, warm, goed onthaald en topligging.

Er waren wat vragen rond een bad in de kamer en restaurants in de buurt. Ik kreeg meteen een goed antwoord, beleefd, vriendelijk en duidelijk. De fitness in het pand is nog niet af, maar je kreeg een toegang tot een fitness in de buurt, echt top. Allemaal ook heel vriendelijk personeel. Bij de parking was ook een chocolaatje en 2 flesjes water, een klein iets maar een leuk gebaar. Het feit dat ze allemaal zoveel van het pand en de geschiedenis kenden is ook echt een meerwaarde.

De bar had een te hoge kast erachter, dat haalde een beetje de charme weg. Maar dat zijn slecht details.

Heerlijk.

Het hotel overtreft echt alle verwachtingen. Vooral de vriendelijkheid en de warmte van het onthaal is pakkend, persoonlijk en zeer efficiënt. Wij hebben al vrij veel gereisd, maar dit is ongezien. Voor de rest mooie inrchting, eigentijds en toch historisch. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Hotel très bien situé.Très calme. Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique, parlant Français et Anglais. Superbe décoration. Chambre très confortable. Excellent buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Verre offert à l'arrivée, bouteille d'eau au départ.

Personnel hyper accueillant et attentif Décor magnifique Pleins de petites attentions: petit douceur à l arrivée, on prépare la chambre à la nuit pour vous, lampes tamisées, lit ouvert avec une petite douceur. Soin du détail dans les chambres, déco magnifique, lumières fortes ou petites lumières tamisées automatiques quand on se lève la nuit, tout est pensé au détail près Très bonne literie Bâtiment très bien entretenu et rénovation/extension très soignée

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Personal und sehr schönem Ambiente.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer, großes Bad, getrennte Toilette, clever ausgestattet, extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fiel der Rezeption auf, dass ich Geburtstag habe; ich fand dann Luftballons auf dem Bett mit handgeschriebenen Geburtstagswünschen, zudem Champagner zum Frühstück. Herzlichen Dank!

Zwei Kleinigkeiten: Zwei Bettdecken statt einer (sehr großen) wäre noch besser gewesen. Der Spiegel in der Toilette hängt etwas hoch, wohl der Tatsache geschuldet, dass Niederländer oft große Menschen sind...

Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de ontvangst, aan de bar, en ze begeleiden je naar de prachtige kamer. De valies stond er al, samen met nog een lekker glaasje bubbels en een hapje. Je wordt op handen gedragen! Er lagen ballonnen omdat we een verjaardag te vieren hadden. TOP! 😊

Heel mooi fris, nieuw en schoon hotel! Perfecte locatie en erg vriendelijk personeel. Hele mooie suite, erg fijn verblijf. De volgende keer zouden we deze zeker weten weer boeken!

Wij vonden het ontbijt wat aan de kleine kant, met weinig keuze vooral voor zo een top verblijf! Verder niets op het ontbijt zelf aan te merken want het was prima in orde.

Alles was prima, de in eerste instantie verkeerde kamer is vlot en goed opgelost. We vinden wel dat het personeel iets meer feeling mag hebben voor het vak en de gastvrijheid, iets enthousiaster zou goed voor het hotel zijn!

Ausbaufähig bei Personal, Preis-Leistung stimmt daher nicht.

Das Hotel ist noch komplett neu, daher braucht man kaum etwas an der Ausstattung zu bemängeln. Es war sauber, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Man bekommt jeden Tag einen kleinen Gruß aufs Zimmer, was ein schönes Detail ist. Tolle Begrüßung und Einführung ins Hotel durch einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, der vorher in München gearbeitet hat und sich vom Rest des Personals in der Qualität des Services deutlich abgehoben hat.

Auf dem Zimmer: leider weder Wassergläser, noch Weingläser. Leere Kaffeemilchbehälter vom Vorgänger bei der Kaffeemaschine. Und Wasser im 5-Sternhaus darf einfach nicht im Tetrapak angeboten werden, das geht gar nicht! Hellhörig: man hört die Duschen und Klospülungen der Nachbarzimmer. Großes Manko das Personal, außer der bereits positiv erwähnte Mitarbeiter. Oft bemüht, aber unausgereifter Umgang, keine Nachfrage ob etwas fehlt o.ä. Beim Auschecken wurden die Koffer nicht zum Auto gebracht, sondern es wurde kommentiert, dass man das nicht geschafft hätte. Einer der beiden Mitarbeiter (vllt 20 Jahre alt) lief dann zum Auto mit, während wir Koffer und sonstige Taschen selber schleppten. Hätte ich normalerweise nicht so stark kritisiert, jedoch hinkt meine Mutter und ist nicht die jüngste und das ist in diesem Fall einfach nur anstands- und respektlos. Das ist kein 5-Sterne-Hotel-Niveau.
