Lovely accommodation in a very pretty location

More than a B&B as this is a great place to stay in a lovely location. It has everything we needed. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely, cosy and atmospheric hotel with a nice breakfast and staff.

The breakfast, service were good and the tea room was lovely. My mother also thought the decor was very nice.

Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable so we did not sleep very well.

The old mansion was really beautiful. The room was very attractive. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and excellent dinner, great value. Highly recommend this place.

A really lovely place.

Lovely hotel, Interesting and quaint. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Restaurant is comfortable and smart/ casual. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Easy parking on site. Quiet setting, nice views, but very accessible from the road and town centre.

The only hot drink making facility was on ground floor - our room was at the top of the building. Early morning tea was an interesting experience!

Exceptional stay!

The best place I have visited so far. The beds were made in heaven. Beautiful design of the rooms, sparkling clean, hot water, bathtub, bathrobes, mini bar, so quiet, in the nature, close to amazing hikes (Canyon Tros Marets!). The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. An excellent stay!

lt took some minutes to store our luggage before check in (we were early) because there is no separate reception for the dependance villa Maison Geron. but it was solved.

Good, but no 9.

I've visited quite a number of locations that score 9 or higher on Booking,com. That usually means you can expect something quite exceptional, so expectations were high :). In this case they were not completely met. The room was OK and nicely decorated but price quality wise certainly not a 9. Breakfast in the nearby hostellerie was quite good and if you are looking for a great dinner, this is also your place to be.

Hot water was not always hot. We reported it, but it wasn't really fixed.

This Hotel raised the bars for expectation of Belgian Hotel stays for us!

The place was so beautiful from outside as well as from inside. The interior of the old mansion was finely decorated and was such a candy to eye! The room was very attractive with all the interior details and amenities included with an unique architecture that amazed us. Actually the pictures posted on booking.com don’t do justice to the beauty of the room. On top of that, the staff was extra friendly and very flexible, even though some of the members couldn’t speak much English, they were amazingly supportive to attend to our needs and rightfully fulfilled them all, which immensely impressed us! Cannot recollect having even a single negative remark!! Highly recommend this place. Highly worthy of the price we paid! The whole stay made our very first Belgian Hotel stay experience quite unforgettable and unbeatable!

Good location and comfortable stay

There is a good restaurant in the location, so don't have to go far to search for one. The location is good, there is a lots of walking/hiking destinations close by. The place is clean and comfort especially during the pandemic period. We will definitely come back again.

The bed is a bit too short for my husband and too soft for us. The staffs hardly speak English but they are friendly. The wifi signal is pretty weak in the room, perhaps due to the location.

Hopeless service at start of dinner. 50 (Yes, you read it right, fifty.) minutes after sitting down before drink arrived! Very strange attitude of waiter. My wife speaks French like a native, perhaps I should have ordered in English.

L’endroit est magnifique. La chambre spacieuse et très agréable. Très calme la nuit. Le restaurant est également qualitatif. Petit-déjeuner excellent, vraiment top.

C’est subjectif, mais je n’ai pas aimé la salle de bain avec une baignoire peinte façon faux vieux et des décos très kitsch. Ce serait bien de moderniser. Les beaux meubles d’accord mais cette salle de bain… non, au-secours. Je n’ai pas aimé non plus le temps d’attente au restaurant. On a bien mangé, mais franchement c’est beaucoup trop lent comme service.

Heerlijk maar niet elektrisch je auto laden!!

Schattig hotel en met liefde en aandacht beheerd. We hadden een zeer gezellige thema kamer in de dependance van het hotel in een prachtig historisch pand. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel zelfgemaakte producten. Helaas kwamen we laat aan. Heel graag hadden we hier ook het diner genuttigd.

We hebben de auto elektrisch opgeladen. Dit bleek ons € 143,00 te hebben gekost. Omgerekend € 2,11 per kWh , wat een absurd bedrag is. Op een klacht via de mail werd gezegd dat dit bij het hotel aangegeven was. Wij hebben het niet gezien en in de rubriek ‘faciliteiten’ op Booking.com bij de reserveringgegevens, staat enkel dat elektrisch laden mogelijk is. Gewoon niet correct.

Magnifique hôtel avec beaucoup de détails décoratifs, sublime tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur, le cadre est verdoyant, le petit déjeuner bien présenté, diversifié et copieux, le menu du restaurant était original et excellent, notre séjour fut mémorable
