Easy check-in and check-out with the key box. Cosy room recently renovated with all attentions for guests you would expect from a super-host. Wifi and instructions, recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, towels & toiletries, local beer. There is also a minifridge and a microwave and this was not listed in the accomodation facilities.

Busy road and sharp thight turn in the entry way - but this is not a deal breaker.

Clean, compact, well equipped room in good location for Spa circuit.

Very clean and all relatively new. Good shower. Comfy bed. Fridge, microwave and cutlery/crockery/glasses were a useful addition. 2 complimentary bottles of local beer in the fridge were a nice touch. Good location a short drive to the Spa race circuit or Malmedy town centre. Convenient 24hr access via direct external door and keypad key locker. TV system provides programs from multiple European countries (including UK). Good off road parking.

Room is a little small and has limited ventilation. The room was quite warm on a summer night and maybe a fan would be a good addition. Decorative items on shelves/windowsills are nice but leave limited space for storage of visitors belongings. Some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful. Sink in bathroom is very small but limited space for a larger one. This is a room in a private house and the external terrace & seating area shown in the photos is away from the room entrance and shared with the property owners.

Comfortable room, cold beer in the fridge when I arrived. Just exactly that, a room with good bed, fridge, shower and toilet.

Nothing really. Important to know that the location is remote, nothing available in walking distance (village in 10 min drive though).

Jolie petite chambre, moderme et bien équipée. Bien située par rapport au lieu ou nous devions nous rendre. Clés récupérées dans une boite a clé, facile et efficace.

L ampoule de la lampe de chevet devait etre deffectueuse. Mais nous avons pu utiliser l'autre La porte d'entree n'est pas toujours docile mais avec un peu de pratique c'est faisable

Charmant petite chambre, accès facile et indépendant.

Seul petit bémol, on entend très fort ce qu’il se passe de l’autre côté mais les propriétaires sont assez discrets donc nous n’avons pas été dérangés pour autant
