For kids it is amazing! 2 outdoor playgrounds. A senior playroom (tabletennis, 8pool, and more) an indoor playground with steeldarts, idk what kind of pool with stoppers - special name :D, ps4 with games, card game table, airhockey) the smoke area outside is under a roof, very comfortable, a lot of drinking possibilities and a private pool, sauna, infraredroom area with massaging seat and obviously the owner is so friendly! Meets all your needs.

The stairs to the bedroom of the kids was as a parent a bit frightening, but I probably made myself worry too much, they managed it very easily ;D

It was a very good and comfortable stay, we consider it as place to go back.

Overall, we had a very good time at the location, good beds, breakfast included everything you light expect, big and clean room. We missed a shower.

Small peace heaven in the middle of nowhere

Great location, beautiful place, very nice atmosphere to relax, very nice staff.

The swimming pool is very small vs the number of guests who are accomodated so it gets very crowded all day and Indoor swimming pool is an additional cost but great stay over all, I will come back for sure!

Lovely place to visit.

The venue is in the middle of nowhere, which was exactly what we wanted. Extremely clean, kind and accommodating stuff, peaceful and really well organised. Even a heated pool outside!

We didn't know you have to make a reservation for the sauna.

We were unable to fulfil our stay as our car broke down en route. We only notified the hotel on the day and they were gracious enough to take our circumstances into consideration and not to charge us which would have been their right. We were very impressed and grateful for the flexibility they showed. We are hoping to come and stay in the future. Thank you.

Fantastic place - facilities were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.

Had a wonderful stay here. everything is brand new and the facilities are outstanding. Extremely hospitable people. Lovely walking nearby. This is a gem of a place, especially with kids and dogs.

Nothing really. Only thing might be that there’s no aircon so the room could get warm (although there’s a unit provided) - then again it was the hottest week of the year. May not be an issue at all in normal times.

Beautiful, modern B&B, great for families.

We stayed in the ground floor Fox-Trotte comfort quadruple room and it was lovely and spacious for a family of four. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. There was also a N'espresso coffee machine and plenty of pods (though some decaff ones would have been a bonus). Kids loved the bunk beds and the play area in the courtyard. Being able to pay to hire the wellness/ spa area for two hours of private use was a treat - the kids loved having the pool to themselves and the massage chair and sauna were welcome extras too. Lovely owners, very friendly and welcoming - including their enormous dog!

My kids were disappointed not to have a breakfast buffet (guests are asked to choose from a menu the night before for a fixed price of €17 per adult and €10 per child). Having a separate toilet for when someone is hogging the bathroom was great, but it would have been even better if it had its own sink.

Beautiful new Hoeve with a perfect location in the middle of fruit trees. Excellent for families. There many games and a beautiful spa area with an indoor swimming pool.

Room wasn't like we expected for that price

Very nice place,hospitality very good ,quiet at night,nice swimming pool,sad for the indoor pool needed to pay extra,it was clean ,but no fresh towels if you stay for 4 days with 3 people would be nice to have fresh towels

No Internet in room ,no airco in a very isolated place,needed to open the v-lux to get some fresh air,but then room was full off muscitos, very bad pillows, no fresh towels,sad you needed to pay 25 euro to use a bbq ,nothing in the appartement to heat something up like a microwave, with child off 2 years woulded be great to have that ,contessa we slept

Rustig verblijf in prachtige omgeving!

Gelegen in een erg mooie omgeving. De boerderij was erg ruim, en goede voorzieningen, veel amusement.

We hadden een ontbijt genomen voor één ochtend. Je moet de dag vooraf doorgeven wat je gaat nemen om verspilling tegen te gaan. Achteraf gezien was dit best prijzig ten opzichte van wat er aangeboden werd.

Het was een leuk verblijf

De behulpzaamheid van de vriendelijke gastheer, hij was altijd bereikbaar.Mijn partner zit in een rolstoel, en de gastheer is ons komen begeleiden van op de parking tot bij de kamer. Een hele mooie plek om even tot rust te komen.

Poorthuis: zeer ruim en proper. Veel activiteiten voor kinderen en spelende volwassenen. Leuke wandelingen in de buurt. Uitbater beschikbaar voor tips voor activiteiten.

Prijs ontbijt was aan de hoge kant. Tips: Eventueel tomaatjes en komkommer bij ontbijt nog voorzien. Meer ligstoelen bij zwembad.

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven, ook met kinderen.

We hebben hier een overnachting gedaan om de volgende dag door te reizen. We werden super vriendelijk ontvangen. De kinderen doken heerlijk in het zwembad. Lekker pizza gegeten. Kamer was schoon en fris. Er is veel voor de kinderen te doen, zowel binnen als buiten. Ontbijt was heerlijk.

Jammer dat we vandaag (heerlijk uitgerust) weer verder moesten 😉

Mooi verblijf op een rustige toplocatie met vriendelijke uitbaters.

Geen ontbijt genomen. De locatie is super rustig gelegen in een uitgestrekte omgeving. Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede uitleg met rondleiding. Zwembad is een meerwaarde, ook voor kinderen een aanrader. Ik had mij geen betere lokatie kunnen voorstellen, zou er terug naartoe willen en ga het ook aanraden aan anderen.
