Luxury Experience Diminished by Unfair Charge

The suite was amazing. The natural light coming through the glass ceiling in the living room created a beautiful atmosphere, and the private cinema room with the bar was truly special. The design and overall concept of the suite left a very positive impression.

After checkout, €100 was charged to my credit card for a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser that was already not functioning during our stay. In order to use the soap while showering, I had to remove the bottle and place it on the bathroom floor. No damage was caused, and the soap was still almost full upon departure. The charge was processed without prior explanation, invoice, or cost breakdown. Charging a guest for a non-functioning bathroom amenity and handling it in this manner was very disappointing. Due to this experience, I would not stay here again.

Very good stay.

Location couldn’t be better as it’s super central. The apartment was very modern, spacious and extremely clean. It smells very nice and the building itself is beautiful too. The bathroom was small but stunning.

The pillows on the bed absolutely suck and you have a lot of noice coming from outside, even with the windows shut. I personally did not like the fact there is no staff present whatsoever, but that’s just personal preference. The app you have to use to enter the building works perfectly.

So much promise, but our apartment did not live up to the sales pitch on Booking.com

access was easy

Our apartment wasn't like what was shown on Booking.com, no windows to outside except via bedroom which was on ground floor with people on sidewalk walking past the window. No balcony / outdoor area as shown on Booking.com. Weird long glass window joining up the bedroom with a sort of social drinks / conference room. Fortunately the conference room wasn't used while we were there, but I've never experienced such a room as this before. Lights in living area and kitchen had tripped before our arrival, so our first night was darkly lit. No kitchen-sized garbage can. Small TV. Poor building security. Shared feedback, 4 days later no comment from host.

the area is having big road construction works so it was not so easy to get access. Othewise you are in the middle of the city so once that will be sored it will be wornderful.

A wonderful, comfortable hotel where I wished I could have stayed one more night.

The hotel offered an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. Every room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Having a washing machine with detergent available allowed me to do laundry the same day, and the iron provided was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were handled without front desk interaction, but responses on WhatsApp were quick, making the entire stay smooth and hassle-free.

If I had to mention anything, it would be that a small toy my child dropped under one of the spare sofas revealed a significant amount of dust when I picked it up. Other than that, the cleanliness was excellent. Also, this was our misunderstanding, but I had assumed the room had a bathtub from the photos, and was a little disappointed that it didn’t. Not being able to soak in a tub while on vacation was unfortunate. One other thing—the artwork in the bedroom featured eyes that seemed to follow you around. I couldn’t understand the intention behind placing such a large, eye-focused painting in a sleeping area; it felt unsettling for both adults and children.

A beautiful apartment in a great location! Perfectly furnished, really clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the history of the building too, especially the old wooden staircase and lift. The building felt really secure, we loved the digital keys that made it so easy to get in and out. Great secure parking too. The check in process was really easy and the online staff very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here, it was the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Antwerp!

There was nothing that we didn’t like. There were roadworks in the street below, but we were not disturbed at all over the weekend.

Zeker voor als je met meerdere mensen reist is dit ontzettend leuk, veel leuker dan een hotelkamer! Echt een grote aanrader! Het appartement ligt super centraal! En is mooi en smaakvol ingericht.

De electronische sleutel voor de garage was later op de dag niet meer beschikbaar. Gelukkig kon ik via andere gasten de garage alsnog verlaten. Maar anders was dat vast ook goed gekomen!

Geweldige locatie, luxe verblijf.

Luxe! Mooi en groot appartement in hartje Antwerpen. Inchecken verliep digital. Vanuit de parkeergarage zo het "hotel" in. Beamer in de loungeruimte. Prachtig gerenoveerd pand. Complete keukenuitrusting. Ook een pakketje met vaatwasblokjes, afwas en vuilzakjes ontbrak niet.

Handgreep van koelkast deur is klein en deur gaat zwaar en daardoor moeilijk te openen. Fohns blazen alleen koude lucht en zijn niet handig in gebruik. Ventilatie systeem in bar/lounge ruimte maakte veel lawaai en het was erg warm. Maar na even zoeken toch de schakelaar gevonden.

Superbe expérience !

Magnifique entrée, avec un ascenseur des années 1940 qui va superbement bien avec le bâtiment, super localisation. Très bonne et efficiente clé digitale pour entrer et sortir du bâtiment et de la chambre. Chambre moderne. Capsules de café offertes ainsi que bouteille d’eau.

Nous avons demandé un lit bébé qui n’était apparemment pas disponible. La rue entière était fermée pour un événement ce qui nous a posé quelques problèmes pour accéder au bâtiment.

Royaal, luxueus en compleet appartement

Waarlijk prachtig gestyled en net nieuw, deze appartementen. Heerlijk ruim ook en zeer compleet. Echt lekker zitten om tv te kijken (alle faciliteiten). Centrale ligging op loopafstand van het centraal station.

Misschien ook vanwege net nieuw: wat gesteggel over toegangscodes voor centrale deur, deur van het appartement, parkeergarage, bagageopslag en late check out. Bleek niet het appartement dat ik had geboekt, maar dat was al vergeven aan een ander. Uiteindelijk heeft de host, met wie ik via WhatsApp contact had, alles keurig voor ons geregeld, maar al met al was het nogal wat heen-en-weertikken voordat alles lukte en in orde was.

Dit is het mooiste appartement van Antwerpen! Ik heb er veel gezien maar deze spant de kroon. Geweldig uitzicht, mooie verlichting, schoon, groot en nieuw. Wauw.

El apartamento es enorme; teníamos dos habitaciones separadas unidas por una zona común. En una de ellas el baño estaba comunicado con la habitación, sin puerta pero tiene otro baño auxiliar en la entrada del interior de la habitación que da privacidad. Todo nuevo, enseres de cocina de buena calidad. El anfitrión muy pendiente a través de mensajes (checking mediante el móvil)

Aunque tiene un buen sistema de calefacción que deja regular, la estancia es tan grande que se queda un poco corto. Se podría mejor el aislamiento de las puertas y ventanas

Prachtig gerenoveerd pand met veel oog voor detail! Duurzame meubelen en smaakvol interieur, ruime kamers, zeer proper. Er is geen receptie, het inchecken gebeurt volledig digitaal. Verliep zeer vlot en via whatsapp is de host steeds bereikbaar, krijg je onmiddellijk antwoord. Er wordt ook allerhande info digitaal beschikbaar gesteld via een praktische webpagina. Zo kan er vooraf een ontbijtmand besteld worden. Zeer centraal gelegen, alles te voet bereikbaar. Vlakbij de prachtige Handelsbeurs, waar het gezellige restaurant Fiera in een feeëriek, mysterieus, historisch kader huist.

Prachtig gerenoveerd appartement hartje centrum met eigen garage

Het appartement was geweldig. Zeer groot, oud gebouw, prachtige gerenoveerd. 2 badkamers, 2 grote slaapkamers en een balzaal van een woonkamer met keuken. Zeer bijzonder oud pand met prachtige doorkijkjes. Schoon, midden centrum incl garage. Beter is onmogelijk. Oh, en goed en vriendelijk contact met de host. Dank voor de chocolade!

Prachtig gerenoveerd pand welke met erg veel stijl werd ingericht. Alles aanwezig om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Dicht bij winkel gelegenheid en goede restaurants. Een knap alternatief voor iemand die niet houdt van drukke hotels.

Even wennen aan de manier van inchecken - doch onmiddellijk verholpen.
