Happy customer; good location for a track day stay; accessibility into room was excellent.

Easy to get in - instructions delivered on time. Free bottled water in the room. Room furnished with all essentials and enough towels. Room heating worked well. Good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. They have a smallish parking space in the back of the hotel but after I took a look, I chose to park on the street as I was towing a car trailer and there was plenty of space.

Hotel is directly on the main road going to the circuit - which means there is regular traffic coming by, even late into the night. They did supply bedside earplugs. Fortunately with the windows closed I didn’t need them. It’s too bad they closed their restaurant. Even the nearby corner Pizzeria (normally a reliable place for a good meal) was closed (on a Tuesday night).

Good accomodation in the village close to the circuit

Flawless remote check-in procedure by receiving an e-mail. In the middle of Francorchamps. Walking distance to the circuit.

Facilities are a bit older than usual. Heating didn't work in the upper floor (air was not flushed out of the radiator). Owners should check such things more often. Breakfast from 7-9 closes a bit early for those rainy days, where some may rather stay in bed longer.

Lovely , not far away from the track

Great for the Spa GP. It’s a bit dated, indeed, but I feel like it’s very common in those areas in Belgium, so I didn’t mind. Everything was clean and well managed. I loved the self check-in / check-out with door codes

The WiFi was not working ( there was some kind of issue with it).

Very well situated & good value hotel close to La Source on the Spa circuit

Very well situated hotel close to the La Source / Eau Rouge area of the wonderful Spa circuit.

Everything was fine, & the breakfast was great - thank you. However, you need to change the direction of the indicator to the Hotel at the mini-roundabout next to the Total garage near La Source - it's pointing in the wrong way !

Fantastic location for Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

If you are attend and event in Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps then this is an amazing location. Just a short walk to the track. Room was clean. No physical check in, you get mailed a code for the doors.

Safe in the room was not working. Room is somewhat noisy, although ear plugs are provided.

Third bed was a cot, not a bed. Uncomfortable for an adult. Thought we could park on property but we could not.

Hotel within sound of motor racing circuit.

Staff were very helpful. Location was good for the Circuit. Everything worked in the room.

Complimentary items were not replaced after we used them. Stairs were awkward especially with luggage and light not working (or we could not find the switch). Breakfast was fairly basic (but enough).

Only spent one night there and overall it was a very pleasant stay!

This was a nice surprise for the budget! Extremely clean. Good choice on the buffet breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff / family. Good location for the outdoors in the Ardennes / Spa circuit.

As we were on the ground floor of the house just a 'little' traffic noise in the early morning, but nothing to be really concerned about.

Location for visiting the racetrack is excellent! The breakfast was very good and had everything, reception very friendly. The reception-less checkin works briliantly; all in all pleasant stay and fantastic value for money!

Absolutely worth your money at a center location in the greens of the Ardennen

The breakfast was very well, with enough variety and choice. The location is perfect. Near the main roads and other great visiting spots. The owner was super friendly and created a feeling of being very welcome and fully enjoy our stay. Also, the digital process of booking and reservation went great.

We enjoyed our stay. I could not find something that could be better.
