Nice experience in a Spa full of architectural beauty where everything you require is provided.

The location is great in the center of Spa. The welcome is great, there is a valet for the car and they accompany the guests to the rooms. Welcome is nice, drink is offered and all that thanks to the kind and smiling personnel. The restaurant room is exceptionally beautiful and the rest of the old building is impressive.

The entrance was not well indicated. You have to guess where to park the car before checking in. we had a neo classic room with a bath tub and it was not easy to get in and out. To get from the new to the old building where every thing happens you need to go out and in again or via the underground labyrinth...

Nice hotel, cold water not mineral in the swimming pool.

The rooms are very clean, warm, nice Clarins shampoo and conditioner etc. Amazing breakfast. The best location.

The staff at the reception when we were checking in was absolutely rude, didn’t explain anything (even the breakfast timing), was almost refusing to speak in English. When I asked for the spa she said to go at level-2 they will explain. The spa is definitely not worthy the pool is super small not for swimming, but the water is cold. You can be in the spa only 1 hour per day. There is no mineral water. In our bathroom there were cables (see the picture).

Location was excellent for exploring the town and also enjoying the spa. Everything was good except a few minor details.

Amazing Hotel - Highly Recommend

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the "New Build" section but it would have been nice to have the option to stay in the old part. However, the room was exceptional. Large, big bath, able to connect to Netflix on the TV, very comfy beds. Gorgeous restaurant, delicious food, bubbles on arrival. Spa access in 2 hour bookable timeslots - which is great so that the people are limited. Very nice, clean spa.

We honestly have no complaints. It was one of the hotel/spas we have ever stayed at. Our only thought was the Christmas set menu in the restaurant was expensive for what it was and just too many courses. They originally offered 2 sittings. We booked the early sitting, but at check-in we were informed that everyone was moved to 1 sitting time at 7:30 (which is a late for us old people). It was delicious, but I think if they drop a few courses and lower the price, then maybe more than 14 people would have come for the dinner. The dinner ended up more expensive than the cost of the room for 2 nights.

Great stay for relaxation

We had a great stay. Beautiful building, beautiful rooms, big and nice wellness area, exceptionally clean.

The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant. The dishes were not tasty enough for the price tag, which was 69€ for the three course dinner.

When we first arrived we were given a room with broken curtains and were then moved to a slightly larger room. Unfortunately later when already in the shower I discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion available 🙁 all the bottles in the bathroom were empty!

The hotel is very promising although not quite up and running yet.

We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The bed was really comfortable and the shower excellent. The location is in the heart of SPA.

The hotel was really difficult to find due to construction work in the vicinity and the fact that there are no signs telling that this is a hotel. We found that not everything was in place, that one can expect to be in a hotel room, such as a wrack to open up a suitcase, handsoap, hairdryer or coffee cups. We stayed in a new building across from the original one. As a private event in the restaurant prevented us from having dinner there and the fact that the wellness centre had not opened yet made us feel that we didn't see much of the hotel itself.

L’univers dans lequel l’établissement nous plonge est top. La chambre était à l’image du bâtiment très sympathique. La qualité du matériel était également au top.

Nous avons été assez déçu du premier réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli. Étant jeune, nous avons eu l’impression d’être jugé et notre service a été bâclés. Nous n’avons eu aucune explication du fonctionnement de l’hôtel et des informations à savoir pour le wellness par exemple. Heureusement le reste du personnels (petit déjeuner, wellness, autres réceptionnistes) étaient quand a eux très agréable et professionnel.

Een ontspannen nacht in een fantastisch gerenoveerd pand met oog voor detail en respect voor het verleden. Een ontbijt met topproducten in een fantastisch decor. Wellness supermooi, rustig en clean. Al het personeel enorm discreet en vriendelijk. Tout court een aanrader. We komen zeker terug.

Superbe hôtel restaurant spa, très bien situé. Un enchantement

Beauté des lieux , qualité du linge, emplacement en centre ville avec parking privé ( plus 30 €). C'est magnifique

Faute à pas de chance : piscine en travaux ( donc inaccessible et bruits à l'espace détente + froid car les portes extérieures bloquées ouvertes pour faire circuler les ouvriers je suppose). Et en plus, le restaurant est fermé le lundi, (ce que la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone pour réserver repas et parking, ne m'a pas signalé). L'hôtel nous a surclassé la chambre et un soin nous a été offert pour compenser. Merci Le comble est que booking avait été piraté et que j'ai été harcelée par des messages ( mail et whatsapp). J'espère que je n'aurais pas de soucis après..

Hotel luxueux, très bien décoré. Les chambres contiennent des produits Clarens. Le spa est magnifique. Une coupe est servie en verre de bienvenue.

La durée du spa est limitée à 1h. Il n’est donc pas possible de profiter des installations en si peu de temps. Le prix du petit déjeuner est bien trop élevé

A localização é excelente, embora a cidade de Spa seja pequena o hotel está no centro. O prédio é incrível- lindo.

O serviço de limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O quarto assim como o banheiro não era limpo adequadamente, como a reposição de toalhas também não era feito. Enfim, esse ponto foi bem ruim

Prachtig hotel met goede wellness faciliteiten

De wellness faciliteiten zijn fantastisch en ook de grandeur van het prachtige gebouw. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Spa is een aangenaam en gezellig stadje voor een kort verblijf.

1 kamer was claustrofobisch klein met ramen op heuphoogte voor een classic heretige kamer een echte tegenvaller, deze soort kamers op de zolderverdieping staan niet op de foto’s van Booking.com. De tweede kamer was veel aangenamer met een groter raam. Geen enkele Nederlandstalige zender op de kamer.

Un bâtiment d'exception pour une restauration/ rénovation exceptionnelle. On est hors du temps, ce qui nous permet de le prendre pour se déconnecter et profiter pleinement du spa/ welness. On en revient revivifié, une superbe parenthèse dans un lieu magique.

De wellness en de heerlijke massages+ gelaatsverzorging. Ontbijt is voortreffelijk met een zeer uitgebreide keuze. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker voor onze 3de keer terug.

Le Spa est exceptionnel; très beau, bien équipé et peu de personnes ( système de réservation) Les salles et salons sont exceptionnelles: beauté des peintures et choix des couleurs Les chambres sont très bien avec des matériaux de qualité Le personnel est très gentil, très serviable serviable. La jeunesse fait qu’avec un peu d’expérience et peut-être des conseils de professionnels, il atteindra le niveau très bien.

Que de petits détails de remise à niveau de la chambre chaque jour; les serviettes au sol n’ont pas été renouvelées, le café manqué un jour sur 3.
