Nice hotel well located to visit the region.

Spacey hotel and rooms. Very quiet. Well positioned to visit the region like the barrage of Gileppe.

Breakfast was good but only one person to handle everything so no/late replenish of bread and beacon.

The location was amazing. The hotel was great design and had a Resturant. Parking was amazing!!!

The hours of the bar and Resturant were short because of the time of year. The room layout was "different" with the upstairs bed. The in room WIFI was slow.

Wonderful hotel if you plan to visit the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack

Perfect location at the entrance of the race track. Good accessability and parking garage (underneath hotel) incl. EV chargers.

Everything was good, but the hotel bar closed already at midnight, on a Saturday night. Which was a bit early for us.

very good location to spa race track - it was clean - rooms were good and a good honest breakfast . Free car park out front and wifi .

Staff in bar / restarant un helpfull , didnt wont to serv bar food in bar area , there were menu's but apparentlly the restarant was busy 😂 !! honestly it was about a third full as we could see . Shower in room wasnt the best . Not good value for the money

Great place to stay for access to Spa Francorchamps track.

The room was clean with a large comfy bed. There were tea and coffee making facilities, plus a fridge with complimentary soft drinks. Breakfast was excellent and there was something to suit all tastes, you could even boil your own eggs, lovely if you like them soft boiled. The view from the balcony was stunning, looking towards the track entrance at La Source and the Ardennes forest backdrop.

The balcony roof leaked when it rained and still dripped when it had stopped raining. Not only ours, we noticed next door did too. A more comprehensive television package to cater for international guests would be good, and a live feed from the track.

receptionist very rude, restaurant was booked for an event so no food available at the hotel that night, asked where else didn't care. don't think its acceptable to book this hotel in the location, where in November its miles to go to get something to eat, hotel should notify guests before hand stating the restaurant is closed. as for the member of staff just rude

The location is unbeatable if you want to drive the track. The facilities are ok, but not exceptional for the price attached.

With restaurant staff was unforgettable. In the most horrible way imaginable. 0 knowledge of English from both servants working on the shift and they had to get the receptionist to translatr a very simple phrase: I'd like to order food. One waiter (Omar) ended up yelling and scolding me for not speaking French because we were in Belgium. As a counterargument of his logic when I invited him to speak Dutch, he started to scold me in Italian and brag about knowing two languages. You just couldn't make it up. Unthinkable for a hotel that host so many international guests. The food itself was also not worth the money at all. The breakfast was also meh. Maybe the pandemic made all the good service personnel switch jobs.

The breakfast was cold, the bacon and sausages weren't cooked enough. The eggs were also cold. Worst breakfast

bad value for money spent

bed was firm

the airconditioning was not working properly (keep saying 18degres but actually more around 22), difficutly to sleep as we cannot adjust it, reported it but still waiting for actions. 3 days breakfast and organisation issues, no bread, no croissants, no plates, coffee machine out of service. reported to the staff but they seemed to be understaff and running everywhere whithout acting. Not what you expect for a supposed 4 stars hotels with high price (500 for 3 nights)

Location - being close to the track

Breakfast was not a great experience. We arrived at 9.30am and struggled to find a clean table, plates, cutlery or food ! The 2 staff on duty were not particularly welcoming or helpful. We raised this with reception when we checked out however we’re just advised that this was not typical for the hotel.
