A really nice place for a family with activy kids

Super kids-friendly. Kids can run, play football in the outdoor areas and that’s totally fine. Relaxes ambience which makes it easy for families. Although small, the pool is beautiful and good for kids. The room isn’t big but is just fine for a family of 5. The idea is to spend time out of the room anyways. All clean and the communal areas are very cosy and relaxed. It is a beautiful building and the green areas are well maintained. We definitely recommend it for a family with kids.

We recommend the managers find a solution for the super slippery pool floor. It doesn’t make sense to have such thing by a pool where kids walk and run all the time. The do-it-yourself dinner is ok, the area is nice and relaxed. But the guests need someone there to explain how to use the fireplace, show the fire gloves, etc. We - and other guests - felt a bit lost and it ended up taking us quite long to have the food ready.

I did several glamping experiences in several countries because I like it and now what to expect ;) so it meets all condition of tipical tipi/ glamping/jurte....experience. Tipi for 4 was spacious enough for the 3 of us. TIPI was smelling bad but that is a well isolating tipi ;) Facilities (the few facilities which we were allowed to access) were clean, materials (very few materials in tipi) were new. The employees (few and completely overloaded staff) did their very best to try to fix things and answer to questions.

Extremely overpriced, not worth the value. It could work for half a price. You do not want to pay 258 EUR/ night for a tent with poor breakfast no access to indoor place (vinyl, pool table, cozy spaces...etc which is shown on the photos) and to the pool. 1, If you are a TIPI user you CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING IN THE HOTEL, even not when it is raining! The pool table, any common leisure area, the vinyl room, the restaurant for breakfast, the projector and the swimming pool (unless you pay 50 EUR/ incl. in your TIPI package) is not for people rented a TIPI of 258 EUR/night. Sorry for the capital letter but I have to write it if the owner missed it during the PR for this experience. 2, BREAKFAST was insufficient, poor and not even correctly calculated. NO CHOICE, NO BUFFET, NOT ENOUGH! Maybe it is also only for TIPI users, I do not know. You receive a basket with selection of food, take it or leave it. People brought their food from Carrefour on the morning to have enough. Again...this is not what you want if you pay 258 EUR/night. 3, honestly, I cannot imagine what costs 258 EUR/night in that TIPI experience as we even did not get enough breakfast and anything extra but we had to take the downside of a normal TIPI experience. Why I have booked it? Cause based on the photos I thought there will be something special but it remains a huge disappointment. Definitely won`t recommend it until the price stay so high. For half of a price, I would give the 9 on 10 but not for this.

Chillax stay in the Ardennes in luxury tents

Chill environment. Very decent tents, bed, pillows. Went voor homecooking with burgers on the barbecue with a bottle or house wine. Everything excellent!

It was okay..but overpriced

Location (close to Malmedy) and cool concept. Breakfast was okay. Home cinema was a nice touch but you need to claim it before other guests to put your film of choice. They have projectors in the room but it is still "coming soon". Once they are functional it will be definitely better to have a room in this hotel. Cozy to sit outsite and has a firepit. Has a very good italian restaurant nearby to eat for a cheap price.

Extremely overpriced. The hotel looks quite recent but it is clear that needs better maintenance to keep looking good. Wellness was very small and usually very crowded. The worse was that we found a blood stain in one of the pillows. Cleaning definitely needs improvement.

Comfortable, relaxing end to our holiday

Beautiful rural location with great cycling and hiking from the hotel. Close to town with restaurants and shops. Very comfortable room . Interesting modern design, quirky with very large gardens to relax Staff could not have been more helpful when we arrived early and with all of our queries. Highly recommend.

A great experience in the middle of the Ardennes

living there is an experience :) the outdoor spaces and the whole concept is something you don’t expect in a village in the middle of the Ardennes. visiting the studio they have is also an experience, as it’s a hell of a facility!

almost everything was great. Great staff, great vibe, great location and facilities, Only downsite was the sauna that was too low on temp (45 degrees) that was too bad but I just stayed in a bit longer. Kids loved the cinema!

What a wonderful (hotel) world 🎶

Everything was designed to make the guests feel comfortable. The communal areas were well designed and it's evident that a lot of thought was put into the concept and the smile factor. We used the wellness facilities and it was a great time for the whole family.

The only thing we would have liked is more music... For a music loving family at a music themed hotel....we needed more audio. 😄

Lovely time away from day to day life

Staff is very friendly, everything is easy access. You can chill and relax there and the view outside makes you feel totally disconnected from everyday life. Learned to play pool and did that all evening, so nice !

Nothing. I would just say that if you are sensitive to noise, you should think about bringing earplugs even if the hotel has a very good isolation you can still hear people and doors in the evening / morning. The wellness is very small so don’t have too much of an expectation!

Great location, beautiful common area with views of the forest + indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit are great! We also enjoyed the pool with our baby. We will come back one day.

Great getaway!

Atmosphere and the fireplace! Overall really awesome. We also really enjoyed the "breakfast in a crate!" Seriously the rest of the industry should take note!

Only thing was a strong smell in the bathroom. Like old stagnat water or something. Wasn't the end of the world. And most likely uncontrollable.

We had a great time - thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed the sauna and the friendliness of the staff. Also the lounge was very nice to sit in the evening. And the weather was pretty bad but the outdoors also looked great to hang out if the weather is nice.

The reception was understaffed - we often had to ring the bell several times and wait for at least 5 minutes before someone would come. This was during the day so I would have expected that to be better. Also the rooms are too small for two people . You cannot pass each other unless one of the two sits on the bed. Given the price I would say it is a bit overpriced.
