Outstanding hotel, with a particular overheating issue
Exceptional hotel, opulent ambiance, excellent spa.
Winter break. The underfloor heating in our suite was unchangeable and could not be managed. Even after activating the air conditioner, the room remained very warm, making it difficult to sleep.Staff members were friendly but were unable to provide much assistance

Relaxing time in nature
Really enjoyed our stay, spent the afternoon relaxing in the spa, enjoyed a lovely dinner. We stayed in a Villa Room. It's a short walk from the main building.
We did hear other guests in the hall way quite well from the room.

Great facilities with some friendly staff and really bad noise isolation in the room.
Small hotel beautifully designed and offering great facilities. We enjoyed the breakfast, access to spa and the gym. These were the best parts of our stay.
Dinner options are less varied, even though you can still enjoy the food in one of the two restaurants within the hotel. The really disappointing part was the night sleep, as our room offered no noise protection. Apart from being located next to a room with a small baby, we were unlucky to present a wedding celebration with the guests coming back to their rooms at 1:30, 3, 4, 5am making noise that was clearly heard in our room.

The perfect place for a re-energizing weekend
It's, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been at. The decoration is super rich with details, but surprisingly well balanced, creating an almost magical atmosphere. Huge congratulations to the design/decoration team. The breakfast was magnificent, we've dinned twice at the Bistro and were very pleased with both the food and the service (and the quite interesting wine list). The room was quite big, with a very confortable bed. We are doomed to return to your company soon :)

Modern accommodation built on top of a charming estate

Our al la carte meal did not meet expectations. My pasta was cold and undercooked (even by al dente standards). My wife’s tuna salad was poorly dressed, and looked like it was designed for presentation rather than taste.
