Beautiful apartment, brilliant view. Comfortable beds. Supermarket, restaurant + chip place on the premises. Great food, great breakfast.

We had a hotel apartment, which was really spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy. The Spa in the resort is really great. Parking is readily available and the resort is just on the outskirts of Maastricht, but by car you are within 5-7 minutes in the city centre. We could not get a reservation during our stay at the Michelin star restaurant, but the on site restaurant is very pleasant and convenient.

I would have liked bathrobes in the apartment.

This is a fantastic hotel! The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a comfy bed and all the utensils in the kitchen you could need. There is a frear balcony and lots of things to do.

The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant is available at the resort territory and the food was ok. Nice resort territory. The fridge, kettle and coffee machine are in the room. All devices operate well.

Tiny odd/inconvenient things: -navigator won't find the hotel by the address. You should input hotel name -300 euro deposit is required plus to the hotel rate. It is returned within 1-2 weeks after checkout -towel hooks in the bathroom were upside down, won't able to keep towels -wardrobe was close to the left wall while the door opened from left to righr, very inconvenient -when smoking at the smoking area outside the hotel, each time the security guide came and asked who we are and why we are here (can't tell whether it is plus or minus)

The hotel gives great access to all the facilities, it was secure and the staff were very friendly. We also had the swimming pool to ourselves which was very nice.

Information in the room I.e how to use the safe and maybe if the the shop sold everyday items like toothpaste etc.
