the room 1 looks white and full with light when in really it was repainted in black. The room looks too dark . that's a shame

The location is very convenient. We were getting married at Chateau Neercanne and it was really at a few meters from it. The surroundings are pretty and people are very kind!

The following comments are for the owner to improve his hotel and not pointing out only negative feedback: - communication: The previous days we already stayed at K-Kanne and we had the chance to meet someone at our arrival and I think it was the owner. Very helpful and nice! he asked us if we wanted some breakfast for the next morning as they needed to pre booked them. We weren’t sure about it and told him that we would give him an answer later on that day. The problem is that we never saw him after. Luckily the person who booked our room later booked the breakfasts for us. The breakfast was really good and fresh, the lady serving was super gentle. So for that it was great. Our second stay at K-Kanne (from Sunday to Monday). We saw literally no one and couldn’t have breakfast at all. Maybe the concept is a come and go hôtel but it would be nice to have someone at least at day time. The room: The hotel was still looking under construction but the rooms looked pretty modern which is a good point. There were some furniture missing such as a table next to the bed (We were in the room number 1 which is straight next to the stairs) and some amenities for the shower such as bigger shampoo containers (20ml for two is challenging). The room is quite dark and would need some extra light. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom so for non couples and even for some couples it is challenging the intimacy. The beds were very comfortable! In the morning when every one wakes up you could hear everything but most probably due to the location of the room next to the stairs, however, we could also hear the coffee machine downstairs :/ The stairs: This is more an advice for security purpose. The stairs are very steep and the steps between each one and another are not even and very narrowed which can be dangerous (my mother fell from those stairs). It would be difficult to re do all the staircase but to put some neon light on some steps and put a banner to watch out.

Cosy room, comfortable bed and open bathroom. Great restaurant, good coffee and breakfast.

Open bathroom isn't ideal, staff had a party until after 1 AM.

Window door in the room does not close properly. Electricity always going off. Long time to wait for hot water. Breakfast without milk and no electricity. Owners aware of the electricity issue but not on site to support the only employee.

It is a small hotel - a few rooms - simple and comfy. It was our second time and this time also the restaurant was open - what a treat! Fantastic food, service, outdoor arrangement - one of the best places we experienced in the area.

Nothing to complain about

Comfortable beds, big room, super easy check-in (just heads-up no bathroom door) It was also nice to have a complementary bottle of water

Internet did not work in the evening- was ok in the morning though so maybe just bad luck

The breakfast was excellent. The location was good. The sauna was excellent. The room was clean on arrival. The hosts were pleasant when we finally met them and tried to be helpful for locating take away options.

The hosts were very difficult to get in touch with. Phone and email through booking were not answered. We were gone for 3 hours in the morning and room was not serviced. With only 5 rooms we expected timely room cleaning. Room was called a suite but lacked seating area,was really a lovely small room with a gorgeous window wall. There was no electricity for part of the first night and therefore no heat, ventilation or hot water in the morning. No apology was offered for this inconvenience.

It is a cute small hotel in a wonderful surrounding. The bed was excellent and I could have a good night sleep. The room is big enough, bright and comfortable. I have enjoyed the stay.

Goede bedden & dekbed

Geen ontbijt genomen, 1 warme drank is te weinig, bij ontbijt hoort onbeperkt koffie. De bedden zijn van een zeer goede kwaliteit.

Een nachtkastje Haakjes in de douche Ergens een klein lichtje, nu in de badkamer in de nacht een zwarte schakelaar zoeken op een zwarte muur. Bevriend echtpaar had kamer naast ons en die hadden een soort pomp in hun kamer die om de 10 minuten aansloeg en hebben daardoor heel slecht eslapen.

Netjes en modern

Locatie, zeer fijne kamer , rustig, gezelligheid troef. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater. Top!

Prijs is redelijk hoog , ontbijt is niet inbegrepen
