Exceptional, huge recommendation, wonderful host

The location is great, by car less than 10 minutes from the town, but a very quiet area. The host is a wonderful lady, ready to accommodate any reasonable request in our experience (for example she prepared breakfast early for us as we had an early booking in the thermal bath). The breakfast is exceptional, fresh ingredients, fresh coffee, tea, different homemade jams and juices every morning.. The room and the view was beautiful, we really felt like in a Christmas movie, additionally the bed was super comfortable as well. They also have a beautiful common area with a fire place, where one could sit and enjoy an evening by the fire. (which is also convenient that there are only 3 rooms that can be booked in the house, so chances are you will be able to spend some time in the common area alone) Could talk about how wonderful it was for a long time, can only recommend the location.

at the city center are a few restaurants who are really bad. Ask the host for recomandations. Plus dont go to the wellness it is so expensive for such an old place

Would recommend, great rooms and amazing host!

Really great stay! The host is amazing and really nice, would recommend! The house is in great style and has everything you need, our weather was bad but the view was still stunning. Public transport is not really a thing, so keep that in mind. There is a cable car up and down the hill, cabs are difficult to find.

Perfect place to relax

The room was perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower was spacious and almost brand new. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've ever had! The house is located on top of a hill so it has a beautiful view, and the atmosphere there is very peaceful. Finally, the hostess herself is very kind and helpful.

I can think of nothing negative, but be aware that it's a 15 minute walk to the center of Spa. Of course, that's the trade-off for a peaceful location like this.

Very nice bed&breakfast with a delicious breakfast. It is well located and can be the start point of many nice walks. We walked through the woods to the thermes. And the owner makes all the difference: friendly, energetic and welcoming. We will be back. Thank you.

Christine is an exceptionally warm and welcoming host, and her B & B has the feel of an upmarket boutique hotel, with all of the amenities of a stay in a relaxed, stylish family home in a quiet rural location close to Spa. The welcome drink of local specialities upon arrival is a lovely touch & Christine's breakfast is delicious (bread & pastries, locally-made farm yogurts, fresh fruit salad, and even homemade granola for which she took the trouble to write out the recipe!) The enclosed parking in an out-of-the-way setting is a bonus for visitors to Spa who come with high-end vehicles.

Guests need to drive to the nearest restaurants, which might not suit those who do not want to drive in the evening, but the peaceful forest setting is well worth the extra km.
