Amazing location, honest, flexible and sweet host and comfy apartment

The host is one of the kindest hosts I've ever met. She is understanding, patient and extremely flexible and helpful. She was available at all times and was keen to help whenever she could! The apartment was really nice, as described, has a microwave and fridge and water boiler. It was extremely clean and the heating worked perfectly for the cold days. Breakfast is served every morning which is sufficient to get you going! Free coffee pads and tea are available and the fridge is full of items you could purchase in case of emergency!

Very nice spot for a quiet weekend getaway

This property is a hidden gem. When we arrived we felt like we were at a spa. All bedding, decor and furniture is in excellent condition, very clean and looks great. Very spacious bathroom and plenty of room for luggage. Added bonus was the small terrace next to our room. I thought the sliding door to push through the breakfast in the room in the morning was a genius idea. It was great to have access to dishes and a microwave since the property is not directly in Spa (which we knew when we booked) Free parking provided. Very quiet area good for relaxing. Nice attention to detail with chocolates, cookies, coffee and coffee maker provided.

Only challenge in getting there was some festival that had the main road blocked for the weekend but no big deal thanks to google directions recalculating.

New and very clean B&B. everything works very well, friendly staff, easy parking. good location to visit Spa centre or Spa Racing Circuit. Breakfast was excellent. All in all a very nice very nice experience!

A lovely B&B to stay while in the Spa area.

The property is relatively new and well appointed. It is very clean, which is the most important consideration. It is located just outside of Spa by a few minutes drive or a 40 minute walk (3.1km to Spa centre). The host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast consisted of bread, cheese, ham and preserves. It was very tasty and more than enough. It was delivered to our room at the exact time requested There are two bedrooms, one with a large bed and one with a single. If you are in the Spa area I would highly recommend this as an option.

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay

The breakfast was very nice, not opulent but sufficient by far and sufficiently varied. It contained delicious local products. The serving method (though a little door in the wall) is very original and very convenient as your breakfast will be served and ready for you when you wake up. Very quiet and very fresh clean air. The hosts are very friendly and they made us feel very welcome. You can see they have thought about every single detail on how to make guests feel welcome there. Everything was beautiful, we were very happy with our choice of staying here One of the nicest places we stayed at. Beautiful walks in nature in every direction.

Мы останавливались на одну ночь. Приехали поздно, но нас встретила очень приятная женщина и все нам показала и рассказала. Отель приятно удивил. Все было очень продумано и комфортно. В деревне вкусно поужинали недалеко от отеля. Завтрак принесли в окошко в домике. Не надо было выходить или вставать и открывать дверь. Было вкусно и необычно.

De accomodaties is brandschoon en van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is ruim genoeg met iedere dag iets anders. Je bent vanaf de locatie binnen 5 minuten in het centrum van Spa met de auto.

Hartelijke ontvangst en super behulpzame eigenaars. Heerlijk ontbijt. Rustige locatie dicht bij centrum Spa. Kraaknet en stijlvol ingericht met alle nodige comfort. Een echte aaneader!

Vreemde indeling: ons terras lag naast de slaapkamer van een andere kamer en was het verlengde van hun terras. De andere kant van het terras werd begrensd door een raam die de living van de eigenaaes hun woning is.

L’accueil de Nadine était au top, le logement est parfait pour une nuit et le petit-déjeuner était excellent!

Le logement n’est pas très spacieux mais suffisamment si l’on souhaite juste y dormir!

zeer mooie en verzorgde B&B.

Aangename locatie, mooie en goed onderhouden kamers. vriendelijke ontvangst. Fietsen kunnen veilig geplaatst worden in een afgesloten garage.

Wanneer je met een aantal vrienden meerdere kamers hebt gehuurd is er geen gemeenschappelijke ruimte om samen te ontbijten. Het ontbijt wordt op de kamer gebracht. Het ontbijt zelf is zeer goed.

Het is een geweldige accomodatie op 12 km van Circuit van Spa Francochamps. Heel schoon, modern en inclusief heerlijk ontbijt!

Verborgen juweeltje in de Ardennen vlakbij Spa

Heel fijn appartement, met goede bedden en fijne badkamer. Lekker ontbijt met (warme) broodjes, vers fruit en verse jus d'orange. De gastvrouw Nadine is zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereid om eventuele vragen te beantwoorden en ervoor te zorgen, dat je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk is.

Tout était super. Que ce soit l'emplacement du logement dans un village au calme à quelques minutes de Spa, la décoration du logement composé d'une chambre avec terrasse, d'une salle de bain et d'une kitchenette, la propreté qui était nickel ou le petit déjeuner bien copieux... Un excellent logement à recommander.

Heerlijk om hier te verblijven.

Ideale plaats om als koppel te verblijven. Mooie tuin, ontbijt is top!! Je hoeft niet met andere gasten te ontbijten je ontbijt wordt in je eigen kamer/keuken geserveerd. Vriendelijke host. Mooie kamer, goeie badkamer. Rustig en er is ook parking voorzien. Een aanrader, echt top!

Nette kamer. praktisch goed ingericht. Makkelijke toegang met codes. Ontbijt door het luikje, zodat je in eigen privacy kan ontbijten wanneer je wil. Proper en net eetgerief.
