The elevator did not work - I personally do not mind, but I can imagine, that for some it could be a big problem (narrow stairs, breakfast at the fourth floor...). Also - and I really do not blame the staff! - reaching the hotel was quite difficult due to road construction in front of the hotel.

Overall it is a good hotel with friendly staff and it fits all my expectation, the room is clean, the internet speed is quite good, the breakfast is simple but more than enough to fill your stomach.

Very strong smoking smell in corridor. The soundproofing for rooms is quite bad, so you can easily hear others when they are moving or using toilet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, 10 min walk to the city center. Our room was nice and clean, some sweets and mineral water were waiting for us. The breakfast was very good in a room with a nice view.

When we arrived, someone was very nice and helped us to open the elevator, but he has no shirt. The hallway smelled. There is a road construction in front of the hotel and we had to walk a little more.

Saff was nice

The hotel was super noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear a fart like it was it was in your room, not to mention the bouts of rowdy folks at 4am (sometimes all the way to 8am). The cherry on top was the laundry, which didnt include ironic or folding. I was charged 10 Euros for literally a handful of clothes.
