Very good Hotel, book in advance because they only have 10 rooms

Breakfast was standard Rooms incredible clean and very modern Terrace beautiful, but we have bad luck, it was rainy Hotel personal friendly very good for the dog

The ideal place to start your discovery of the Hautes Fagnes !!

Very nice hotel with only 10 rooms. Rooms are very clean and also big enough with a separate bathroom. Coffee and water are available for free in the room. Delicious breakfast that is served in the brasserie where you can also have lunch/diner. Fantastic location between the Baraque Michel and Signal de Botrange; ideal starting point for hiking and cycling.

A few days on the top of Belgium.

The breakfast is superb. The restaurant is one of the best in Belgium. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The view from the room was amazing.

Perfect!!

Perfect location- unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t sit outside ( wonderful seating area with lovely views) The room was lovely everything you could need - balcony was a bonus Great extra bits n pieces in reception ( nibbles, fruit, sewing kit etc) We ate in the restaurant which was really good - excellent service. Breakfast was also fantastic. Plenty of safe parking. I would 100% return if we were in the area

Location was excellent, breakfast was excellent. First impressions were great, lovely greeting and staff were welcoming, very friendly throughout our stay and went out of their way to help, they all seemed very content. We ate at the hotel on three evenings and one lunchtime, great choice and lovely food, amazing atmosphere.

A comfortable stay at a beautiful hotel with plenty of positive experiences.

The hotel was relatively new and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and tried to make sure that your needs were met. We had the double room with balcony and view. Well worth the money. Hotel supplied free water, fruit, cookies, snacks and coffee/thee. We enjoyed the wide selection on their menu at their restaurant. Restaurant offered in and outdoor seating with beautiful views. The area has a lot of nature and is great for walking/hiking and other sports. Also close to Malmedy, Spa, Francorchamps and other nice towns. Owner was very pleasant to deal with and engaged with his customers. Nice memory of our short break to Belgium.

Great place to chill out in the middle of nowhere and forget about the rest of the world

Located in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views over the fens from restaurant and rooms. Great place to really chill. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good and extensive a la carte menu. The beer tasting is highly recommended! Lovely breakfast with fresh products.

Can't think about anything really and we shall therefore be back!

Great location, great service, great meals, dog friendly!

Extremely convenient- the hotel is right in the middle of the nature park. There is an available free car park at the hotel, just park your car - and you can explore around by foot. It has a nice restaurant where you can have lovely warm meals for lunch and dinner. I tried the leg of lamb and stone steak. both were delicious. Nice breakfast that's included. The hotel staff were extremely nice and welcoming to me and my dog. It was my birthday, they were very kind and offered the local drinks to me. Merci beaucoup!

Not extremely sound proofed rooms. so if you are sensitive to noise coming from other rooms - it might irritate you. I went in low season it was fine for me, but I could hear a little.

Excellent breakfast in a pleasant environment. Very good dinner for a fair price. The hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of nature with direct access to beautiful hiking trails in the High Fens. Very attentive and animal friendly staff.

Beautiful modern stay

Everything was perfect! Great modern room and very clean and neat. Nice artwork and beautiful scenery. The check-in and checkout was very smooth and quick (we got our room early). The brasserie had excellent food too and the breakfast was also okay. The personal was very friendly too . We had fresh water everyday in our rooms so that was nice 👍

If I have to say something, I would like a harder cushion 😅 and maybe an extra draw or two as we didn't have enough space to put our stuff (two women were travelling here so we need space for our make-up and creams, etc.) Also, I would have loved to have an extra draw or some space under the bed side table so I could put all my stuff (books, glasses, glass of water, jewelry, my phone.. it was a little small for all that). A little table was too little for us. And also with the desk in the room I would have liked a draw to try and keep the room near and not have everything lay on there. But I understand the minimalist look.

Noisy road with surprisingly a lot of trafic at night. At 8 in the morning a delivery truck stated with engine on right under our window. We do not recommend the road bedrooms.

The location is perfect. You almost feel like you're sleeping in the middle of nature. Very friendly welcome. Everything is brand new and well designed. Very convenient to have diner in the brasserie with good food. Breakfast was also good.

The service in the brasserie was a bit clumsy. At a brand new nature hotel one would expect a charging station for electric cars.

Relaxing

The view from the room is amazing. This hotel is a good place to wind down and fuel up on some energy.

Nothing was bad or terrible in the hotel during my stays. Improvement might come from better variety on the breakfast buffet. During my stays I have had exactly the same cheese and yoghurt, when I know there are different types of cheese on the menu, so it is in the fridge and could be put on the buffet. The bread was tasty, but very small and not enough for everyone. For people who are used to having a filling breakfast, it might not be enough. Having said that: the rest of the hotel and surroundings do make one forget the breakfast wasn't all it could be! Second improvement might come from a small fridge in the room. There is enough space to put one and would give guests the option of a cold beverage in the middle of the night.
