nice short stay

Grandes chambres, bonne literie et personnel sympa, bien situé également. Large room, the bed was good, the staff nice and nicely situated close to the city center.

I had a room on the second floor and I would say that the corridors looked Not particularly clean Not because they were not cleaned but because they are in need if re decoration paint- there was a particular smell when something is not Aired adequately.

Good concept , its the only reason i go back ..

The heating system is crap & noisy, simply did not heat the room used the extra cover to warm up !

Perfect place for our needs.

Helpful staff. Good location - close to historic city center, restaurants and sites. Lobby bar area was the perfect place to relax after a day walking around town. Plentiful and tasty breakfast options. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean.

Great location and nice bar, but poor parking, broken amenities, and weak service make it feel far from 4*

The location is definitely a plus - close to the city center. The bar at the reception is stylish, and the room itself was fine, though more like a 3* than a 4*.

Parking was inconvenient - not attached to the hotel, you have to walk, and the price of €20 per night felt overpriced. Carrying luggage from the parking lot was uncomfortable, and it was unclear which of the two parking garages we were supposed to use. We first parked in the wrong one, had to move the car, and ended up paying €22 in total just for a mediocre parking spot not even in the hotel. Our room had a view of a wall and another parking lot, which made it even stranger that the hotel’s own parking was not nearby. In the bathroom, soap was missing, the shampoo dispenser was broken, and the shower gel didn’t work properly. After we reported it, they just handed us two large bottles without replacing anything in the room - not really what you’d expect from a 4* hotel. Overall, it felt more like a 2-3* experience.

Close to the center of Liege, helpful and friendly staff, clean. Our room at the back was quiet, bed was huge and very comfy. Breakfast was delicious, and was free for my 6 year old daughter. Only possible improvement, but only applicable to families: a bit more kiddie entertainment would be welcome.

the staff are lovely

Stayed 3 nights, room wasnt turned down or cleaned the entire stay. Room card had to be changed every time you left the room. Air conditioning didnt provide any cool air

Amazing, will side trip to stay again!

We arrived at dinner time, and had the “best” mojito ever, even better than Cuba! We had dinner and both ordered different entres’ and both were excellent! We were on a river cruise and dining was a consistent **** rating, but this was our best meal and hotel in 15 nights in Europe. Will definitely recommend to friends and book again when possible. An amazing staff, very friendly and helpful, just an all round good experience!

Not far from centre

It was a nice environment to walk into, the rooms were comfortable, only a few minutes walk to the centre of town.

Parking was not an issue as such as there was a multi storey car park next door which you had to pay for, about 20 euros for 24 hours but all the lower levels were reserved so you had to go to the top and they were tight turns for a large car, there is a lift. The hotel has a deal with one across the road which is a little cheaper. Value for money? I consider it a little expensive for what you get. 10 to 15 euros a night difference would be right in my mind. Would I stay there again? Yes

Lovely hotel but understaffed bar/restaurant

Good room, quite large, very clean. Nice bar and restaurant, delicious cocktails. Great location, very central, short walk from city centre and the river.

There's not enough staff in the restaurant on a Saturday night. Waited 45 minutes to have our order taken, I even went to the bar to try order there, we'd been there an hour before we had drinks. Other customers, especially those just having drinks, were complaining. The burgers were lovely, but my husband's chips were cold, indeed a few of them were still raw. When pointing this out to the waiter he got very defensive and said "This happens sometimes". No apology, no offer of making amends! Again, waited a long time for our dessert order to be taken, approx 40 minutes, and another long wait to actually get it - we were worried the kitchens would close before we got it.

Simple hotel with good rooms, great staff and a nice atmosphere.

Quirky set up where the only bar / restaurant is there just as you enter the main doors. That is where you check in as well. Pool table available for free. The vibe is energetic in the evenings with a lot of hotel guests spending time at the bar. Good selection of beers and small selection of food. Good location with a short walk to some shops / restaurants.

This was specific to our room, but we had a view of a parking garage, which was a very poor view. Kept the curtains closed the entire time. The hotel was busy when we were there, so there were no other rooms available to switch to.

Used the hotel parking that is next door to the hotel. Don't. Very old and shabby parking house, no lights or security of any sort. Had to park on 7th floor. Car got broken into during the night, one of at least 3 cars that night.

Nice hotel but has some issues

Loved that the hotel is dog-friendly, loved the clean and well-appointed gym, and loved the European style breakfast options.

Hoards of breakfast locusts swarm by 0830 and later, so forget about a quiet breakfast and be patient as the food goes fast and the staff didn't replenish often. Also, the construction made getting to the hotel a pain, and after unloading I find out I had to go to a farther parking garage as the adjacent one has a lot of break-ins...
