Sauna in the room didn’t function well. Room service closed before 23:00, even though they say it was going to be open untill 23:00

Unforgetable, highly recommended.
We enjoyed the spa and wellness fascilities and the swimming pool as well since we travelled with children. Excellent breakfast, spacious room and we enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant with excellent choices and tastes! A big thanks to the smiling and helpful staff!

Lovely hotel - quirky as you arrived on floor 7 which is street level in the front by reception but when you get to your room you are very high up and the floors go down to ground floor which is street level at the back.

Great service and the best air conditioning we’ve had in Europe!!
Valet parking closes at 3pm on Sunday. We were not informed of that. No big inconvenience as garage is nearby but would have been nice to know.
