The staff was amazing; very helpful and friendly. The quality of the breakfast was superb. The beds were comfortable and excellent shower. Excellent value for money

Overall good value for money

The staff was very friendly and provided things we were missing in the room, cleaning personnel also was friendly and helped with exchanging towels without us wanting to clean the room. Good location, always found a parking spot even on the weekend. Gas station, fast food and supermarket are close by. Rooms may sound loud when you’re walking down the floor to your room but the rooms are pretty silent.

Cleanliness could be a little better but it’s a hotel so not expected much.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was drab. Could do with being upgraded and decorated. Breakfast wasn't the best either. Bread had clearly been frozen then defrosted as it was hard.

The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. The staff were excellent too - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly. Although the hotel is situated in a built-up area there is a woodland path round the back of the building suitable for a dog walk. Plenty of parking spaces.

Friendly staff, good location

The room is clean but it is very noisy because the room is located next to the main entrance. My mother cannot sleep well.
