Terrible experience - avoid at all costs

Nothing.

From the start, this place was a complete disappointment. There is no parking at all despite what the owner claims. We had to search far away from the accommodation to find a spot. The owner told us we could park “anywhere on the street,” but this was a blatant lie — there were clear “no parking” signs everywhere, and you risked having your car towed by the police. The ground floor was surrounded by shady bars and full of drunk people shouting all night. They were extremely loud, made strange noises, and even tried to open our front door. The next morning, around 5 a.m., dozens of people started setting up stalls for a street market, adding even more noise. The photos on Booking are completely misleading — they do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Dust was everywhere, and the place was so dirty it wasn’t fit for animals, let alone people. The Wi-Fi worked for barely 5 minutes. For 4 guests, we were given only 2 towels. Unchanged bedding in both rooms, hair everywhere. This property should not even be listed on Booking. It is impostor, using fake photos and lying about their facilities. Honestly, this should be reported to the police. Avoid this place at all costs!

Hell on earth

Completely unsafe and dangerous. The kitchen was dirty and full of old cooked meat. Do not stay at this hell hole. Looks like the door has been kicked in at some stage.

Stains everywhere and light switches hanging off the walls. Shower in the middle of the room. We couldn't stay here and had to leave.

A HEALTH HAZARD

We have flea bites from our stay, the kitchen was filthy and nothing worked. The kettle was broken. The sockets were hanging out of the walls. The shower was blocked with hair and everything attached to the walls was hanging off. The place was also loud at night. It was horrendous and we were glad to leave! I've contacted the host to request compensation for such a terrible stay but I don't expect a response given what others have written...

when I arrived the pantry was filthy, luckily the day after must have been cleaning day and it was sorted. Still saw a rat walking down to the basement. The room was alright but not very clean either. This may have nothing to do with the property, but the first night I stayed, a group of people set a table from the bar underneath and they literally stayed up all night drinking and talking just outside the window. When I say literally, I mean it, from 10pm to 8am they have not stopped talking and drinking. The night after, at 3am a guy knocked on the door asking to get it as he believed that was an hotel, I just explained you could only get in a room if you had key code which I didn't obviously had besides mine. Pleasant

We were looking for a place in this area, so it was perfect for us (very central). The price was good. I also liked the view from the room under the roof. Check-in was smooth with the help of a key box.

Many things were broken in the apartment, like door handles that were loose. It wasn’t super clean. Perhaps not the perfect place for a romantic holiday, but it was a good place for us.

The water was cold!!! We were frozen buy walking under the rain all day and couldn't find a way to get warm. Impossible to shower. No solution has been found. Bad follow up from the owner. I don't recommend. Kitchen utensils weren't clean.

The beds were comfortable and the location, while loud, was close to the downtown. The TV was great to pull out while lying in bed.

We got two private rooms for us and our kids, unfortunately, the bathroom was outside the rooms and there was no separation from the stairwell unless you locked the doors, which would mean locking our kids in. The doors are thin and the other tenant partied until 2am, along with the restaurants right outside. The host was not super responsive to my questions about parking.

Juste un marchand de sommeil Électricité très dangereuse interrupteur pendant, pas d'ampoules dans les toilettes et dans le couloir au 2ème étage, propreté laisse à désirer, chambre vraiment à l'étroit, pas de table juste une chaise, pas de placard ni de rangement pour mettre les affaires, les toilettes à l'extérieur de la chambre sur le palier, pour manger il faut aller au rez de chaussée dans une salle non chauffée, bref inadmissible, à 90€la nuit.

Désastreux une vulgaire chambre de passe

Insalubre a fuir à tout prix je ne comprends même pas que l’on puisse prétendre à louer un tel hébergement. Douche bouchée wc sur le palier et non privatif comme indiqué en plus immonde. Espace cuisine terriblement sale. Rat dans les parties communes. Tout bonnement inadmissible !!!!

Non corrisponde a l’annuncio. Cucina e bagno in comune con altre persone non specificato nell’annuncio. Letti sporchi, lenzuola sporche, muffa nella doccia, odore sgradevole ovunque, spazi piccolissimi, maniglia della porta di una stanza che si è staccata a l’apertura. Sospetta non cambio lenzuola con visitatori precedenti. Abbiamo cambiato posto subito, non abbiamo dormito lì. E siamo viaggiatori da sempre.

Unzumutbar – schwarzer Schimmel, dreckiges Bett, alles marode – sofort wieder abgereist.

Das Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: In den Ecken der Fenster befand sich schwarzer Schimmel, das Bett war fleckig, verschmutzt und offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen. Statt eines eigenen Badezimmers gab es nur eine Dusche und ein kleines Waschbecken mitten im Raum. Auf dem Flur befand sich eine Gemeinschaftstoilette – ohne Toilettenpapier und nicht abschließbar, sodass jederzeit andere Gäste eintreten konnten. Zudem befand sich in der Toilette ein großes Fenster ohne Sichtschutz, sodass man sich nur mit einem Rollo etwas Privatsphäre schaffen konnte. Der Allgemeinzustand der Unterkunft war insgesamt marode und unzumutbar. Die Küche haben wir uns erst gar nicht mehr angesehen. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Keine Reaktion oder Erstattung vom Vermieter. Nicht zu empfehlen!
