It was short one night stay while driving by - hotel was well located, with spacious parking, and good for short stay, breakfast was tasty

The room was spacious

Very strong cigarette smell. everything was very old, the room has no ventilation so the air smell like closed closet, also I saw some hairs in the sink, none of us used the shower as we were not confortable. You could hear everything that was happening in the hall or in other rooms.

Its okay for a stopover.

The location of the accommodation was convenient for us as we just stopped for a nightover. The black brown house cat at the reception was very cute. 🐱

Our stay was unfortunately not very relaxing. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and we could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room—including intimate moments—which made it difficult to feel comfortable or get good rest. The building and rooms also feel quite old and run down, with noticeable wear and a need for renovation.

Great apartment and comfy stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Vitan Plaza Comfort! The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It felt fresh and cozy at the same time — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is great too, right next to Vitan Mall and close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Super convenient but still nice and quiet inside. The host was amazing — very friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to help with anything. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome. Overall, a great place to stay in Bucharest. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable apartment! 🙌

Everything was great, good value for money. The room has a refrigerator. There is a pool outside. Nice view from the window. Tasty, hearty breakfast. Large parking lot.

The room was extremely dirty. Everything is old and smelly. Best before date on the yoghurt was expired. The outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was full of screaming babies - not wellness at all.

We paid less then 200 euros for 2 fine dinners, 1 night in an excellent room, 2 fantastic breakfasts, use of wellness and indoor and outdoor pool even after checking out.

The wellness part is really cool, specially the pool.

The shower of the bathrooms is not well isolated because the glace which should provide the separation is not going till the end. So you will have water in the bathroom and you have no drain on the floor.

We were very surprised by the nice swimming pool and spa that were available for use. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay.
