Well situated close to the opera. New development that is finely decorated and with well equipped studios. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom/shower. Spacious and with large window. Laminate floors, sofa, table and chairs by kitchenette, full fridge, hob and microwave
Even on the third floor there was the noise of a nightclub reverberating until 6am perhaps from several streets away, because behind the premises is a garden courtyard. The air conditioning didn't work so the room was hot.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, fußläufig zum Zentrum.
Unser Appartement war direkt an der Toreinfahrt. Dadurch sehr dunkel und bei offenem Fenster Lärm durch ankommende und abreisende Gäste. Zimmer sehr funktional.

The location was perfect and a great view of the lit up churches from my window at night..a super atmosphere and extremely comfortable, especially for longer stays with the kitchenette and dining area. The lobby entrance was very welcoming and the self check-in worked very well for a late check-in. The support from the staff on call was excellent for requesting a paid receipt for expenses.
Nothing, my stay was perfect.
