Very good, only the breakfast could improve for sure

The room was very clean.

The breakfast was not good, there was not enough food on the tables, everything that’s supposed to be hot was pretty cold.

Nice staff, good food but rather run down.

The room had a kettle which we like to have. We ate in the restaurant and had a very good meal. Also we were not charged extra for the bread which we had two baskets of and we were not charged extra for the additional sides for our meal - so good value. Also good selection at breakfast.

Although clean the place has a rather run down feeling to it and we could hear the people in the room above us. Also because the cigarette bin was outside our window there were often people standing outside by our window smoking. We also found the general area rather run down - not somewhere we would stop again.

Comfortable place to stay, out of town

lovely welcome, nice Reception. Good bar and restaurant on site. Good parking. A motel style room. Aircon worked. Fairly peaceful given location just off main road.

We like to walk into town. We did so but a real route march and some quite hazardous roads to cross. Really you would need to drive or taxi into the town.

A cheap place to put your head down.

The staff are friendly and the food was fairly good and reasonably priced. The room was fairly cheap too.

My room smelled like wet dog. The bathroom was designed by someone built like the side of a fiver. Sitting on the toilet was nearly impossible due to placement of the toilet roll holder/dispenser.

Simple check in, nice breakfast but room a bit shoddy. Walk to town centre not advisable.

Only two towels and one of them was dirty. Accommodation a bit shabby and really needs some money spending on it to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

It is an old hotel, with poor cleanliness. The entrance door barely closed and the towels and bed linen were stained. You have to wake up early to get some food for breakfast. The price-quality ratio is not worth it.

Tired tired facility stairs dirty, bedroom carpets dirty, no window in room apart from a skylight. Nearly as expensive as the new Radisson close by …… disappointing

Dark room, load of noises from outside, conditioning system not working well, when someone smoking weed or ciggaretes outside you can feel the smeel inside the room. Breakfast is 6/10.

It was okay

Bathroom had a damp smell. There were no other rooms available to switch. So the smell was fixed with Air freshner. Also the beds had smoke smell.

GREAT FOR A STOPOVER

The bed was very comfortable, exactly what was needed for a restful sleep. Very clean with tea/coffee facilities. Super friendly staff and great breakfast. Easily accessible to the freeway and plenty parking space.

Old amenities so for example you have to turn the tap quite tight in the bathroom or else the water drips. Number of towels could be multiplied to accommodate the number of guests.

Revolting, I left that place in 15 minutes after arriving

a bed was clean

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been: looks like a cheap motel, dirty stairs, strong tobacco smell in the room where smoking doesn’t allowed, broken handles on doors, a broken lock, a split cattle. A motorway just in front of windows, any protection of noise or light just shabby filmy curtains. What’s more? Unprofessional stuff on the reception.

I slept badly in this hotel

it’s clean

The curtain does not isolate the light well, everyone can see inside the room. The noise of the cars is incredibly powerful, the sirens wake you up in the middle of the night as if you were sleeping in the street. Not to mention the back and forth steps of the cleaning ladies at 9am.

The heating wasn’t working properly and the owners provided us with electric radiators. Good customer service.

very nice to stay in, very nice staff, good location, good price.

it was a 30 min walk from the centre of town, very nice to stay in if your out sight seeing. the staff are very friendly and the rooms were spotless.

the breakfast is a small bit lacking in substance.
