B&B The Street Lodge

No Reception as such but we were met by Simone and shown to our room. It was a very hot day and the room was shady. Large downstairs room with a view over the garden. Tastefully decorated in a modern style, clean and comfortable. We arrived by train and ‘Street Lodge’ was chosen for its proximity to the station. It was about a 15 minute walk to the centre, but plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. We had an early start so didn’t partake of breakfast but Simone kindly provided us with tea for a morning cuppa. We only stayed the one night but would have happily stayed longer.

Quite close to the Railway station and decent restaurants nearby. The room itself was simple but spotless. The owner was lovely and the breakfast good. It was nice to have a kitchen available too.

Not a big issue but having breakfast next door was a bit strange, however the breakfast itself was good.

Lovely large room and bathroom. Close to the station.

Really friendly host, very clean property, apartment cleaned every day, close to the train station, Aldi supermarket and bars nearby.

The bedroom is on the first floor accessible from steep stairs, we were not able to bring the heavier suitcase up due to safety reasons.
