Good Comfortable hotel well located by Gare Guillemins, but be careful in the surrounding streets.

Room was comfortable Breakfast was good Well located opposite Guillemins Station. Staff were friendly and helpful, And I needed help after I was robbed in the street, and thew stolen wallet included the hotel key.

Couldn't work the hotel safe in the room. Bath plug couldn't be removed. There are minor issues. However, and I must stress this is NOT the fault of the hotel, whilst the hotel is well located opposite the main station, visitors need to be very careful in the surrounding streets at night. I was attacked and robbed of my wallet.

Excellent location and the comfortable room

The hotel is well situated next to the railway station and the tram station for easier access to the city center. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The only remark is that it would be helpful to have a bar you can hold on when getting out of the shower as it can get slippery.

Comfortable and spacious room, in an excellent position, close to the train station and tram stop. The Staff were very nice and the reception open 24/7 is a great bonus.

I found some plastic wrapping in a corner in the room behind the armchair, more attention to detail when cleaning is needed.

Perfect

The room was clean, and everything was in place. Breakfast was basic but with lots of choices and the fresh orange juice was perfect. Location is perfect when you have to catch an early train.

I liked the cleanliness, orderliness, and silence. There were two very beautiful and friendly ladies at the reception who transmitted positive energy to the customers.

Great staff with good advice about street parking which was cheap nearby. Good access to public transport into the city.

Beds were as advertised, clean, good quality. Rooms were sufficiently big. Cleanliness was present. Hotel lobby, corridors, and rooms smelt very pleasant. Bathroom was spacious.

Great location for an overnight stop as it is opposite the train station. The room was comfortable. We had pre checked in online so all we had to do was collect our room key at the desk.

Nice hotel in Liege

The hotel staff was very friendly, room clean, bed super comfortable and the shower great. Breakfast was perfect and location of the hotel also very convenient if you are travelling by train like we did and you have heavy luggage.
