Nice stay, recommendated

Located just next to the main train station, very convenient. The staff at the reception desk was extremely welcoming. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby.

The ventilation system is perhaps not so good. We had dinner in the room, and the food smell could not be ventilated for a long time.

Amazing and super confortable stay!

Everything was perfect, the hotel is great, the room was very good, the breakfast was amazing! Staff was very nice, they even let us stay a little and wait for our bus at night after check-out. The location is great, close to the bus stop, perfect! Was amazing, we loved it.

Very impressed

Very nice luxury hotel with a brilliant comic book theme running through it. Lucky Luke and Gaston etc... staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and it was a nice touch having coffee machine available all day. Two large beers was 11 euros at the bar which was cheaper than expected for a hotel. Hotel has an underground car park which was 10 euros extra per night. This leads directly to the hotel and was a safe, convenient way to leave our car. All in all, I can reccomend this hotel very highly. Also it is right next to the station if you want to visit other places.

Good standard of hotel with paid parking and in the city centre, close to train and bus stations. Facilities excellent. Breakfast great. No restaurant for diner, but that was not a problem. Staff were all friendly. Rooms were good size and had plenty of hanging space for clothes.

Easy parking with a lift straight up to the reception or rooms, excellent breakfast and a good sized comfy room.

Unexpectedly good - with good options for children.

Very easy check in and check out, nice room, a beautiful station nearby, lots of places to eat in a walking distance. Kid-friendly lobby and decent breakfast buffet, also well suited for families with children - like little cute cups for the chocolate milk, pancakes, and waffles.

There was the extended sofa/bed that was felt a bit broken, but it was still ok, not a big issue. Parking could potentially be a problem if the places are full, but we were lucky.

Good hotel to break journey

In good location close to the train station, shops and cafes, bars. Nice bar with outdoor seating area. Bedroom up to the usual IBIS standard

Poor instructions to access the car park. Had to drive up to barrier, go into hotel to check in, reverse the car out into busy street nd entrance to car park next door. Once in the car park it was well lit and plenty of space

The perfect location if you need to stay one or several days in Liege.

Very accommodating hotel at a time that everything was covered in snow. Friendly staff, Great accommodation, architecturally beautiful. I liked the Tintin motive. Fantastically located relative to Gare Guillemins.

Good place near central Liege

All good, friendly staff, amazingly tasty and free coffee.

One grumble relates to second bed in a family room - it wasn’t a bed but sofa bed which was very uncomfortable, with poor thin mattress so you could feel all metal springs underneath. Didn’t get much sleep first night.

Says there’s a car parking but doesn’t show that it shares parking with a number of other businesses so parking was full , so I had to park across the train station which was €30 and open air so a risky place,

Our hotel room was cozy with modern comic art prints around the walls as motif for its interiors. We also had buffet breakfast bundled with our room reservation. It was a very satisfying breakfast with wide selection of pastries, jams, sausages, bacons, eggs and even D.I.Y. Belgian waffles.

Toilet experience would have been better if there was a provision for water spray.

Very close to the main station, wifi worked well. Small room but clean and smart looking. We didn’t have breakfast as we thought it quite expensive but there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate you could help yourself to.

Excellent staff on reception, fluent English spoken and service with a smile. The station was actually visible from my room so no problem with transfers. Huge bed, large room very comfortable.
