Don’t worth your money specially if you don’t speak french!

Short it doesn’t worth your money if I were you I would find another hotel. Here is in details what happened to me: 1. It was a technical problem in AC in my room and they needed to fix and i need to wait until technician come and fix it. I did not receive any compensation for that 2. They ask a deposit of 100 euros without giving you any receipt. 3. Most of people do not speak english only french! 4. The breakfast is served in the room and I have mentioned it that I would like tee but still got coffee (only one day was correct) 5. Since i needed to leave early last day i have asked for a breakfast at 6:30 but they gave me it at 7 !!! 6. Each time that you want to go in or out you need to ring a bell and someone let you in or out and it may take time to open the room for you. For going out there is a button that i found it later 7. I asked for my recipe couple of times but i still did not get it :(

Très belle hôtel

Hôtel très bien situé Au calme malgré qui soit situé en ville Le parking situé juste en face de l'hôtel qui est gratuit et très grand

La seule chose que l'on peut dire c'est qu'il manque les modes d'emploi pour les différentes installations ( baignoire pour les différentes fonctions jacuzzi, la douche hammam, ...) Cela est un peu dommage

Le bain jacuzzi est assez grand pour deux personnes. La douche est spacieuse. Le personnel est gentil, Les sushis étaient bons

Le lit fait beaucoup de bruit et n'a pas l'air très solide. ainsi que le frigo. Difficile d'avoir un bon sommeil avec le lit qui grince à chaque mouvement.

Rampzalig, borg wordt achterover gedrukt

Goed locatie, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, uitzicht op groen.

De check in verliep rampzalig. We moesten naar een andere locatie, aanbellen bij een pand dat op een bordeel lijkt en de sleutel ophalen bij personeel dat geen Engels spreekt. Ter plekke moest opeens €100 borg worden voldaan per bankoverschrijving. De kamer bevond zich op de 4e etage, geen lift, smalle trappen en geen andere vluchtroutes. Het verbaasde ons dan ook dat er gerookt wordt op de kamers. De kamer is niet voorzien van de faciliteiten die getoond worden zoals badjas, slippers of douche-artikelen. De gordijnen ronduit smerig en rails stuk, afvoerputjes verstopt en vloer verzakt. Het ergste kwam na het uitchecken: het hotel heeft na drie weken de borg nog steeds niet terugbetaald. Het is onmogelijk om contact met ze te krijgen. Na verschillende websites te hebben geraadpleegd lezen we dat het hotel dit vaker doet. Al met al dus een duur geintje voor een zeer matige overnachting.

Dat je geen kaart of badge kreeg om in en uit het hotel te gaan. Je moest iedere keer aanbellen.

Le lot fait beaucoup de bruit , et nous entendions les portes claquer et marcher et dessus de notre chambre . Les chaînes télévision ne fonctionnait pas . Le mot de passe du wifi devrait être indiqué dans la chambre .

War wie ein Stundenhotel Man stand vor verschlossenen Türen. Schlüssel für Zimmer musste in anderem „Stundenhotel“ abgeholt werden. Stiegenhaus sehr eng - aus brandschutztechnischer Sicht bedenklich Kein Lift Kein Warmwasser im Haus/Zimmer/Whirlpool verfügbar. Unangenehmer Geruch in den Zimmern. Unmögliches Verhalten des „Vermieters“ Keine Unterkunft die auf booking.com vermittelt werden sollte

Het was het niet waard als je kijkt naar de prijs-kwaliteit

De kraan van de wasbak werkte niet waardoor we onze tanden niet konden poetsen/gezicht wassen etc De tafel wiebelde enorm De grond zakt in vanaf het bad tot de wc Personeel deed enorm moeilijk over de borg en kwamen met andere prijzen dan afgesproken Sauna konden we niet gebruiken wegens schimmel
