Cheap room for one night stay

It was clean. . There was small extra room with two chairs and sauna ))

Location was not in the best area and there is hardly any restaurants around. We had strange room with sauna )) which wasn’t working . Shower was leaking.

That’s not an hotel … that’s a very bad „thing” with rooms for hours.

Smell, dirt, no one speaks English, very incompetent and rude personnel when trying to get reimbursed for the half of the stay. From 4 nights I spent only one - never again

Romantic weekend

For a romantic weekend away with your partner it’s perfect, the jacuzzi was big. We reserved breakfast to our reservation and they put it in front of your door so you can enjoy your privacy what we really enjoyed. The location is on walking distance from a mall and near drive distance from the Ardennes.

Only the late check-in between 18:00 and 21:00 and early check-out 10:00.. that’s all

Bed sheets and towels were clean

The plug close to bed were simply out of the wall, dusty and not safe. It is true there were other plugs available but the one close to you is handy to be used (as a charger for ex). The floor is cold as is ceramic tiles- make available the cheapest pair of slippers there Pillows were too hard to sleep comfortable Curtains too cheap and not in line with the interior design...pity no dinner, breakfast I was even afraid to ask, no coffee machine in the room, no possibility also for a tea

Location: fine, within 20 mins walk from the station Netflix is available Jacuzzi works perfectly The receptionist is helpful although she doesnt really speak English and I dont speak French..

Location: the streets are very empty, I would not walk alone or at night at that area. Pillow : very high for me, so I would prefer to have a softer one. There r some small pillows, they dont look very clean Light: the room s abit dark, ceiling one :needs to be checked , it was flickering, in general needs more lights Many stuffs in the room that can be removed or minimized , ex : The table n the sofa are pretty big for the room so it s not very convenient to walk around

The room was rather noisy, the sound of the traffic was a bit annoying even with windows closed. The sliding door to the private bathroom was hard to open or close, and I even squeezed my finger in it.

lovely but need to be upfront at booking stage regarding 100 euro ‘cash deposit’?!

you will be asked for 100 euro deposit in cash on arrival; this will be requested by email/ booking.com messaging after booking. we had no euros so paid on credit card but they could not refund by credit card. lead to a frustrating post-stay issue to get them to deposit back into my bank account. should have been clear at booking stage.

Spotlessly clean and nice welcome from reception. We stayed only for one night and sleeped well in comfortable bed. Large room well decorated. Parking right outside. Little corner shop two doors away and nice bar around the corner. For over night stop it was great.

No lift and at my age carrying suitcase up two flights not ideal. Great for one night but would not stay longer.

Too expensive for what it offers

Confortable (except pillows), good french breakfast, good shower.

not a great spa tub ( pretty small, difficult adjustments for the spa intensity), not too clean ( spider webs on chandelier, drink marks on the walls that were not properly cleaned), good matress but awful pillows, Tv remote not working properly ( press 10 times for a response) Also, was asked for 100 euros in cash as bail in case damage is done to the room. (or a VISA/MasterCard) This was not mentioned on the website before I paid.

The property smelled strongly of acrid cigarette smoke. They tried to cover it up in the room with strong air freshener, but it was still terrible. Loud crashing sounds throughout the night. Cleanliness not great.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und ruhig. Der Empfang war freundlich.

Super später Check-in ab 18 Uhr. Das Zimmer war schon lange nicht mehr grundgereinigt worden. Es wurde offensichtlich schnell mit einem Lappen das Waschbecken überzogen und dann lag alles nass in der kaputten Kommode und roch streng. Überall Staub und leider auch Schimmel im Zimmer (an den Fenstern, der Tapete und Decke), auch im Whirlpool, was sehr eklig ist. Tabakreste und angelutschte Bonbons lagen in den Schubladen. Ich habe ausgecheckt und gefragt, ob eine weitere Nacht erstattet wird, was abgelehnt wurde. Ich blieb auch auf den Frühstückskosten sitzen, obwohl ich das nicht in Anspruch genommen habe.

C'était la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel, car la première nous avait marqué et est vite devenu notre coup de cœur ! L'emplacement est très bien. Facile pour se garer et gratuit. Le personnel toujours très agréable et accueillant +++++. Le jacuzzi est toujours aussi bien. La grande douche. La grande télévision moderne. Le lit et la literie très confortable.

L'insonorisation est mauvaise on entend tout. Nous sommes partis avec un duo d'amis et ceux-ci étaient à côtés d'une chambre de fêtard (musique jusqu'à 4h au matin) donc de grosses difficultés à dormir. De plus, on entend la circulation dehors et les bruits de couloirs/escaliers des personnes s'y trouvant. Sinon question propreté malheureusement dans l'une des deux chambres, le sol n'étais pas aussi propre que la première fois... Il y avait des poussières et autres dans la salle de bain, ainsi qu'au sol près du jacuzzi... Le départ à 10h ? On n'a tellement pas envie de partir aussitôt d'un endroit pareil :'(

l'accueil était formidable, la chambre magnifique, belle décoration, la literie très confortable, le bain à bulles très agréable, un moment de détente très apprécié ! On a aimé également le service apéro du soir et déjeuné, déposé devant la chambre, nous avertissant en frappant à la porte, ou par un coup de téléphone. bref, aucun regret, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !!! Merci à vous !
