The apartment was not in the same location as the hotel. The stairs to the apartment were a bit dangerous. Steep and uneven.

Location was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was new and modern. In the hotel lobby, you can take coffee and tea free of charge which it is really good after a long day or before leaving the city. We really enjoyed the hotel and definitely recommend it.

Very nice stay, great location, parking not the best

fantastic location - we are here for a night and could walk to many places for drinks and dinner, and also breakfast (waffles!). Friendly staff, good value for money (room with no view but we there to sleep)

The parking across the square is convenient but scary. Old and especially low of ceiling - beware when you open your trunk! Not their fault, but it makes arrival and departure a bit stressful

Think twice before booking one of the apartments if the weather might be hot

Customer service was excellent. When we told them that the attic apartment was far too hot they arranged for us to transfer to a family room in the hotel which was very nice. Very responsive to our needs.

The attic apartment is not viable in hot weather, but otherwise very nice. There are air conditioning units fitted, but not operational for some reason.

Lovely hotel that is conveniently located for getting around Liège.

The hotel was extremely quiet and very close to the tram station. The room was very nice with a a nice wet room. WiFi was excellent.

The hotel has tea and coffee facilities in the lounging area which can be used at any hour. This does however mean that there aren’t any in the room which is a little inconvenient. That being said, the coffee is from a machine and was of a good quality.

Recommendable place in Liege city center

Perfect location. I had a spacious apartment. Very nicely set and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, with a lot of choice and good quality I would certainly go there again

There is no lift in the apartment building and the staircase is quite narrow. I was at the 1st floor, but I thought it would be difficult to bring a heavy luggage further up. The furnishings are a bit worn out.

Bed was uber comfortable and big double bed. Room was big and shower was nice. Good products to wash with. Hotel breakfast was really good. Location was central. Was very quiet.

Hotel said it had parking garage but did not mention price or that it was public garage. 17eur a day and really close. Breakfast was confusing since it was on 2 levels and no indication of what was available to order. Was delicious so just not a typical breakfast setup..

INCREDIBLE CITY and FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY!

This place is AMAZING! Better than most hotels and yet it was so cheap! We have an amazing apartment for 4 people on 2 floors.... RIGHT in the centre. Everything was brand new and clean and I would have loved to stay longer!

I wish I could have stayed longer! We were on tour with my band AmyJo Doh & The Spangles and had to drive to Germany the next day!

Well situated and pleasant hotel.

The location was perfect. It is right next to St Denis car park and walkable to the main eating/shopping areas and the river. Note that you can’t pull up in front of the hotel. Put the hotel address in your satnav, and you will be able to see the St Denis car park entrance just as you arrive. The room was small, but nice, and the shower was behind a partition, so definitely for couples! Tea and coffee was available in the reception area as the rooms didn’t have facilities for that. That was great.

There was a bit of noise from the corridor. The St Denis car park has restricted height. We had a Skoda Octavia with a roof box and the nice man at the car park stopped us and got us to park in a special area. The limit is 1.80m, so beware!

Gorgeous hotel once the building works are completed across the road

Very clean, lovely staff, very central and impressive bar and restaurant area

Our room was on the first floor adjacent to building works which were across the footpath. At 6 am a heavy duty cherry picker started up and a lorry was loaded meters from our window. The vibrations were felt through the pillow and it was extremely loud with the engines running constantly till 9am when we left the room. Upon speaking to staff when they asked "How was your stay" I explained about the problem to which they were sincerely apologetic and explained it had been happening all the time, that they have spoken to the building site and that 6 am was completely unacceptable. Whilst I understand these things can happen, the staff informed me that that this had been happening for quite some time (its a large project). Then a warning on the website when booking should appear, also the hotel was far from full and there were rooms on the other side of the hotel that could have been given to us (even if it wasn't a twin room) the room we were in should have been a last resort to be booked out. I asked for a refund on my room but this was refused nor even the offer of a complimentary breakfast to make up for the issue. We only stayed 1 night and the only point of the room was to get a decent night sleep but we had the opposite.

Very nice hotel with a large appartement a block away that half of my family stayed in. Kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast and perfectly located. Good value for the rate.

The whole family has a very pleasant stay!

A bit hard to find the hotel at first but after calling the reception desk we were waved in. The woman in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in the city centre and it was close to restaurants and bars. Liege is perhaps not the prettiest town we’ve seen, but for us who stayed over one night (in transit to France) it was the perfect stop! The rooms were very nice, fresh and modern. The beds at the hotel were very comfortable, the rooms modern with a large and luxurious shower. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with freshly baked bread and freshly pressed orange juice. We would definitely come back!

There should be a bigger sign outside the hotel so it’s easier to find. I also think the reception could be refurbished so it looks just as nice and modern as the rooms :)

The location and the facilities in the apartments, the staf is friendly.

The apartments weren't ready yet so we had to wait for an hour, also I asked if there were a bath tube in the apartments and they said yes, turned out there's not, just a shower.

The hotel was recently refurbished to an excellent standard. Had a nice bar and the breakfast was excellen. The hotel has Spanish owners and it reflects in the breakfast, with serano ham and smoked salmon, sausages, cooked and dried. Overall the best value for price i have ever had from a 3 star hotel. .
