Cozy room near the center of Liège

The room was very clean, drinks such as bottled water, tea and coffee were available upon arrival and free to use. The spa bath was very nice and just large enough to fit 2 people. Parking nearby is free so if you're in Liège by car it's quite a nice place to go with it being only a 10 minute walk from the center. Aldo is a great host and was ready to answer any questions we had and even give us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The common rooms were also nice and clean, the living room was even decorated for Christmas.

The bathroom floor can be quite slippery but that was fixed by putting down a towel.

It was very clean, comfortable, and Aldo the host could not have done more to make my stay more enjoyable. Lovely kitchen and salon, and the garden was lovely to sit out in the evening after long days exploring Liège.

Pleasant stay

Me and my partner came there after a long drive, super easy to park for free just outside the apartment. And were given a upgrade on our room for free and also super clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. It was very cozy feeling in general. We got alot of tips on where to go eat/drink/ see things, which were great tips. We slept very well, comfortable bed, not to much noise and you could make the room cool and dark.

The only thing i can think of was that the light switch for the toilet was on the outside and the seating was a bit unstable.

Positively one of the most beautiful rooms we stayed in. A room like this, at this price, puts most 5 star hotels to shame. The room in a nice building, was gorgeously furnished, with antique looking furniture but maintaining a modern, clean feel. The bed was large with a comfortable mattress and good quality linnen. The bathroom very well laid-out with a large shower, with plenty of hot water available. There were also lots of little touches that make you feel cared for even though the entry to the building is a by code. There is also a large living room and kitchen for communal use. Even though our room was at the front of the building, it was very, very quiet. The communication with the host was fast, accommodating and correct. He also offered suggestions for restaurants. The location is just a few steps outside the historic centre, which has the advantage of has plenty of free parking right in front. I definitely hope to stay here again.

Change the plastic water bottle for a glass refillable.

Elegant place withing walking distance of center

Very accomodating host, good communication throughout. Upgraded us to a slightly bigger room since it was free the night we were staying. Beautiful decor and clean property.

The regular rooms are small to very small - OK for a 1-2 night stay but if you have larger luggage for a longer stay, it would not fit.

A beautiful place to stay with a perfect host. Definitely recommend.

The decor is of a very high standard -it is beautifully designed. The room was of a very good size and the facilities are of a very high quality. Great to have access to a sitting room and kitchen. The host, Aldo, is a superstar and was so helpful . The perfect host. The location is very good. A short walk to the city, the possibility of free parking and quiet.

Très chouette séjour à la Maison du Roi, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Chambre au calme, et literie très agréable. Nous avons pu bénéficier de la cuisine et du salon, vraiment un plus non négligeable.

Sèche cheveux en manque de puissance. WC ouvert dans la salle de bain et sans porte, manque d'intimité

Le lit et la literie sont de haute qualité, le chambre assez spacieuse et plutot bien isolée.

Peut être la proximité des chambres, nous entendions la télé d’à côté ( les gens ont peut être mis le son à fond mais ça n’a pas duré longtemps)

Nuit très agréable dans la Suite de la Reine

Nuit très agréable à la Maison du Roi. J'ai séjourné dans la suite de la Reine ; le lit est très confortable, la déco est parfaite, on n'entend pas les bruits de la rue, ... Et le bain est un pur plaisir ! L'accès à la cuisine et au salon est un réel plus. Et finalement : Aldo est très sympathique, réactif et de bon conseil.

Séjour parfait : cadre calme et élégant, hôte ultra disponible, excellent rapport qualité-prix…

Emplacement idéal, très proche de la ville tout en étant suffisamment à l’écart pour profiter du calme. Ce qui est présenté comme une suite est en réalité bien plus, car vous avez accès à des parties communes agréables. L’ensemble est en excellent état, soigneusement entretenu et décoré avec goût. L’hôte est toujours disponible via WhatsApp et fournit toutes les informations nécessaires. Le parking était très pratique, juste devant pour moi. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande vivement !

Petit point à améliorer (mais rien de grave) : à mon arrivée le soir, la température de l’eau chaude était un peu basse et la douche seulement tiède. Je suppose que les autres chambres avaient beaucoup consommé d’eau, car quelques heures plus tard, la température était redevenue parfaite.

Un séjour au cœur de Liège, tout près du centre et des transports en commun, mais en même temps un grand sentiment de tranquillité et de détente dans cette maison chaleureuse , bien insonorisée! et respectueuse de l'environnement ! A l'image de son propriétaire. Superbement bien équipée 👌 Accès avec code, très pratique pour les arrivées tardives, literie très confortable, sdb bien équipée ( même un séchoir à disposition). Petites attentions pour ses clients : bouteille d'eau , thee et café à disposition gracieusement. Décoration très raffinée, style Cosy et chaleureux. Éclairage tamisé dans le salon et intelligent dans les espaces communs.😉 Hôte professionnel : très engagé vis à vis de ses hôtes ( informations et conseils pour passer un excellent séjour, adresses, restos locaux .. etc), disponible et très réactif au téléphone.. Stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue , devant et en face de a maison. Aucun problème pour trouver une place !

La chambre était bien.

Nous avons eu de grandes difficultés pour trouver une place de parking. Il y avait énormément de trafic dans la rue lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons peiné à trouver la manière d'utiliser le conditionnement d'air de la chambre. Pas de frigo dans la chambre.

Magnifique séjour

L'accueil, la beauté du lieux, la propriété! Les propriétaires sont au petit soins et veille a nous transmettre pleins d'informations utiles pour le séjour. La maison avait été décoré pour Noël et c'était magnifique

Pas assez insonorisé par rapport a ce qui était annoncé et malheureusement nous somme tombé en même temps que d'autres clients qui n'ont pas eu de scrupule a crier et chanter a tue-tête en plein nuit dans les couloirs

Cadre magnifique, séjour au top

Magnifique cadre à 15 minutes du centre historique. Tout est fait dans cette maison pour un séjour au calme et dans un décor de rêve, en période de Noël, magique. J'ai pu fêter mon anniversaire le 24 décembre dans un cadre adéquat et notre hôte nous avait surclassées, donc la chambre de la Reine pour moi en ce jour particulier. Nuit intemporelle.

Maison tout en charme et en finesse. Une déco dans un mélange très subtil entre baroque et moderne. Choix des matériaux, des bibelots qui vous emmène en voyage sur une ligne du temps entre19e et 21e . Quelle belle aventure trop courte a notre goût. Nous y reviendrons sans y réfléchir.

Très jolie maison proche du centre de Liège

La décoration de la maison est très jolie et la chambre trés confortable et bien équipée. La baignoire balnéo invite vraiment à la relaxation.

L'isolation de la chambre par rapport à la rue est insuffisante. Il y a beaucoup de circulation, notamment des ambulances ou véhicules de police assez bruyant

très beau petit hôtel très près de la gare St Lambert et près du centre ville. Une magnifique maison de maitre totalement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. 5 grandes chambres très confortables aux lits moelleux et spacieux.. Certaines chambres ont même un bain à bulles. Les invités ont accès à une beau salon, une salle à manger, la cuisine équipée avec thé, eau, café , jolie terrasse. Nous étions un groupe et nous avons eu droit à un cadeau du très attentionné et sympathique propriétaire : un apéro bulles. Le petit déjeuner est grandiose, la connexion wifi parfaite, le calme absolu. La communication avec le proprio a été fluide et facile. Nous avons eu des recommandations de restaurants...Bref... Nous avons été choyés comme des reines et roi. La maison porte bien son nom. Nous sommes 7 à la recommander très chaudement. Une toute bonne adresse à Liège

Erg mooie kamer, schoon en het centrum op loopafstand. De eigenaar is erg aardig en geeft tips wat te doen in de omgeving.

Hôtel de Maître, comme chez (le ) Roi !

Emplacement près de la Place St Lambert, près du tram 1 et des bus. La rue est un peu sur la hauteur. Belle maison de Maître, magnifiquement rénovée. Toutes les commodités sont remplies. Chambres aux étages sans ascenseur. Tout est accessible avec des codes: autonomie ! Wifi OK, si voiture alors parking aisé. Chouette resto "Chez Philippe" et c'est tout près. Aldo est attentif à ses hôtes.

J'aime bien être accueillie en personne d'autant plus que j'avais des problème de GSM d'où contact tardif mais cela était bien indiqué avant d'arriver. Aucune autre remarque, c'est vraiment "les petits plats dans les grands" !
