Unfortunately at our arrival our room was located next to the lift and a room with little dogs. They were barking the entire time. We asked for another room. However, that room was sclean yet. We ended up with a third room that was fine!

Comfortable stay in a friendly environment

Good location just across Liege Saint Lambert station connected with regular trains to Liege Guillemins. 15 mins away from Montagne de Bueren, Musee de la Vie wallone and other monuments. Friendly and welcoming reception/breakfast staff. Clean room and comfortable mattress. Cosy but small lounge.

Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the late evening. I hit my head a few times because of the low ceiling in the room. I suggest adding a sign or paint it with a brighter colour to avoid hazards.

It was a good stay and I would definitely book this hotel again in different locations.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was big enough for both of us.

it could be a bit noisy at times, either from neighbors upstairs or outside the door.

Nice hotel but disappointed with sleeping arrangements.

Very clean and well kept, new feel hotel with comfy rooms that had everything you needed and excellent bar facilities. They had good choice breakfast. Hot and cold. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Booked what we thought was double rooms but when we checked in they could only offer us twin rooms which was very disappointing considering how far in advance I booked and how early we checked in. They said they were very busy so no other option. I wouldn't have chosen twin rooms though and it did spoil our weekend.

Exceptional

I liked breakfast very much. The food is fresh and a good variety of dishes. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. It took 10 minutes to reach the city center. By the way, I slept very well in the very soft bed. Thanks for that! I am satisfied with everything and recommend Radisson Hotel Liege.

A good, clean hotel

The hotel is well situated, clean and modern. The smart TVs in the rooms are a bonus. The decor is welcoming.

The rooms are very small for the price point, and the parking situation needs to be clarified. There is a private parking beneath the hotel that costs 20 euros per night weekdays, but this information is unclear. The staff try to encourage guests to move to the hotel's partner carpark which is further down the road and costs just 4 euros cheaper per night but is significantly less convenient. At the weekend, the difference is bigger: the private carpark beneath the hotel costs 40 euros per night. The breakfast was perfectly nice enough with a good spread, but for the price point it would have been nice to have butter and margarine. Neither was available although there were different options like jam. The milk should be next to the drinks machines instead of in the food section as it makes it a bit awkward for tea drinkers!

Disappointed experience with this Radisson. Usually these hotels have a good name

The bed was comfortable. Central location

The bathroom vanity was blocked. We informed the receptionist about the problem before going to the dinner, but nothing had been done. The air conditioner was loud. The bodywash bottle was empty. No black tea in the room (only camomile and 1 tea bag of strawberry & 1 tea bag of green). 2 bottles of water in refrigerator, but no opener.

Probably the best hotel experience ever! Manon's welcoming and serving was outstanding.

The receptionist, Manon was a first class host. From the first 'hello', passing to helpful explanations to go dining and an ever going real smile she is definitely the one you would like to meet after a heavy workday.

Late change of plans meant we had to book this late a Friday evening. Excellent reception and assistance from staff, with advise on parking and dinner.

Sofabed not ideal for children older than 12 years. It was not entirely flat? As always diffucult to understand the air condition?
